In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I have been mistakenly banned over a situation that happened at laundry, I was trying to land my orca to prevent the person taking the laundry which we had captured and I had been up for 30 hours playing so my pc was very hot (my fans are playing up lately along with sticky dust/tar in my fans/ on components) I successfully landed and then went to take off again because I got spooked. I sometimes get an issue with stutter lag. And when this happens while trying to land/take off it never ends good. I spoke to an admin before at weed processor when I had issues hearing someone due to it , an admin came over to check if we both had mics and I explained to him what happens and he sympathised with me saying he had experienced the same before and said its amd/7.1 related and something to do with the effects of being inside with the sound effects. Now this glitch/bug happens when I go first person in a heli aswell as it uses the same sound effects like your in a building. And when i was trying to take off at laundry this is exactly what happened. And to make it worse for me I thought I had auto hover on but didn't, so when I lagged when I tried to correct it I had no chance and hense me losing all control of the heli.

The supposed victim in this case being Keven, said in OOC that i had vdmed him. Now at this point I had been up for a very long time very tired and also annoyed lag had just killed me. So when he asked me to come teamspeak i explained i was very tried and i had a sore throat also and explained what happened in OOC.
He then said something back to me after we had debated for a while which initially made me feel like he had accepted it was NOT VDM and had gotten over it so I headed off. Clearly, I was wrong as here we are now. I am truly sorry about any inconvenience I caused and I am always looking to make this server(s) the best they can be.. (I have multiple examples of this on the forums here where people have complimented my roleplay.
At the time I was not aware that Keven wanted any form of compensation . If I had known this I would have gave him compensation for what he had lost, and possibly extra. Now we are here, and clearly anyone can see in the video that it was not purposeful VDM. I am willing to pay compensation for what was lost + 200k to erase any damage caused.

P.S. AlexRose. You was wrong about me not having a forum account... I don't know what made you think I didn't have one but I have had one since around 2017.

Why should we unban you ?
TLDR; It was not purposeful VDM. It was a unfortunate event caused by lag. I am willing to pay compensation for what was lost + 200k to cover any damage caused. EDIT: I have spoke to Keven since making this and asked how much he lost and he said a mk1 and suppressor equalling 1.3/1.4m, I have agreed with him to give him 1.6m compensation (1.4m+ 200k) if this ban appeal is accepted. (as I cant if im banned) I have also spoke with him about the incident further and believe he understands now what happened. (NOTE: I didn't take to teamspeak that night as I have described due to reason as I have described in the text above.)  NOTE/EDIT2: Continuing with this, I have spoke with Keven again, he doesn't want to go out of his way to confirm this but is fine with being asked to confirm it).

-Nothing like this will happen again (I will do my best to prevent my lag causing any accidents like this and will continue to abide by the rules to the best of my abilities.)

-I'm an active player who always strives for great roleplay and to maintain the integrity of the gameplay experience here as this server has and does bring me much joy and many memories.

-This is all I want to do/play atm and was helping me fight my mental demons. This isn't really a reason to unban me but thought its good to mention as I'm ever grateful of this server and its team for providing such a great experience.

If you were so tired how come you were able to stay on the server for about 15 minutes after the last words spoken in ooc with them? Why not spend those 15 minutes to quickly get on teamspeak and apologize that you lagged out and hit them and come to an agreement rather then give them bad attitude in ooc?

I don't know what part of this conversation lead you to believe that they had accepted your excuse. This being the last exchange of words you had with the people.

Whilst it was not purposeful VDM you still got reported for it as you refused to speak to the people you had crashed into. That is your problem you are not untouchable just because your computer lagged so why act like it? How would you feel if you would get rammed loosing millions just because someone "lagged out" and then refused to even talk to you?

I was very tired but im sure you know what its like when you go past the 24 hour mark its just like you are awake but no energy/dazeness etc but you feel kinda wired still? I was in that stage lol

I did stay a while after he had last typed to see if he was going to say anything else ( I was also preparing for bed while logged onto the server still), which he didn't hens me thinking "u have ur way man" was him saying like its over now sorta thing. In hindsight I should have understood what he meant by this.. But yeah as I said I guess I was wrong. and Yes in hindsight I could have got on team speak with him the amount of time we wasted debating about it/and why I couldn't come to it.

Yes I agree I could have dealt a lot better with this situation like just joining team speak in the first place (I didn't really wanna wake my parents up and I have anxiety so jumping in voice with someone to debate something isn't the most appetising thing still). 

Yes I know I am not untouchable I never claimed to be. If I was in his shoes I would not have been happy either. Yes I understand all of these points you have raised etc, Im sorry I didn't deal with it better at the time. My judgement wasn't very clear at the time

In future I will attend requests for my attendance to teamspeak instantly and deal with matters better. I will also be using auto hover more when taking off especially if round others... 

I don't really think my attitude was too bad when replying to him but as I said I was tired and not the happiest man alive at that moment, i apologise for this also.

You've got 100 hours on servers and at that point you should realize that when you blow someone up in a hostile situation and then tell them it was an accident and not wanting to discuss it is going to seem sketchy. However you've stayed clean for your entire playtime so I am willing to give you a second chance I hope that I won't have to see you here again because it won't be as easy next time. Do anything similar in the future without talking to the people involved will get you banned accident or not.
