In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned
The reason the ban was placed was because I didn't follow the rules properly when engaging in combat with rebels, which was decided as RDM. Crumble has approved this ban but it hasn't yet been actioned and it's been a few days.

Why should we unban you.
I don't feel like I was given a fair chance. I apologised to the rebel for not following the correct rules of engagement although he didn't accept any apologies and just wanted me banned. I explained to him that this was my very first day playing and I didn't know that was classed as a RDM, I was simply trying to protect myself from bandits since I had a legal firearm on me. Still Carlos didn't care and insisted that an Admin bans me, without giving me any sort of chance to explain my side of the story.

Since then, I've read through all the rules in more detail and have a greater understanding of the server rules now. I feel like I deserve a second chance as I'm a genuinely decent player who benefits the community. I don't play a hostile character, robbing hobos like most of these people do then banning them by forcing them into a situation they don't fully understand. I didn't know at the time that I wasn't allowed to kill them as I thought since they were flanking me with guns and holding me up that's classed as engagement? I knew that you can't just randomly kill people but these guys were hostile towards me so I thought it was acceptable to defend myself against them. I'm an honest role-player who enjoys the peaceful side to this game, and the situation I was in happened all too quick and I engaged too quickly because they didn't communicate with me which made me think they were out to just kill me/loot me.

I'd love to continue playing this server and I'm always one to pass on my knowledge to others by helping other new players when I can.

Can you explain the RDM rule. Then explain how you could improve on that certain situation.

(2.2) RDM - Random Death Match Definition: Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban)

No matter what I need to always attempt to engage in conversation or role-play before engaging in combat. Even if the enemy does follow these rules, I still need to and if I'm worried about them not following the rules then I can always report them with Shadowplay.

In future I'll only engage in combat if the correct role-play procedure was followed such as "Freeze, don't come any closer or I'll shoot.. stay back" for example. I understand how serious the role-play is here now, at first I didn't think the role-play was that HARDCORE but to be honest I prefer it this way.

You require me to write a role-play story about myself in order to dispute a ban which was because I was guilty of 'RDM' that I tried to resolve with the player in a peaceful manner? I killed someone accidently as I thought he was about to shoot me, which I've explained. I spoke to Carlos but he was unwilling to forgive the act, I don't understand why I have to keep explaining myself?

It's not like I intentionally tried to kill him or wanted to engage in any combat here, I wasn't going around trolling or killing people.. I simply engaged too early in a fight that would of inevitably happened despite the way it was engaged. My mistake, I understand the roles but I don't understand why I need to write a story...?
