We just RDM some one.

Why should we unban you ?
Me friend was riding around and he saw some people whit guns. So he want to rob them. i was already on me way so he tought it is save. So me friend Jay Reagan initiated on them but he was talking in the wrong channel. So they doesn't heart that he sayed that but he tought that he sayed put your hands up. So he told me that he already initiated so i came after me friend died and was going to shoot on them. Me friend sayed he already initiated on them. So after that happend i came to TS3 whit me friend trying to solve it. we where able to solve it by comping them but they where a little bit salty on us so i think after that happend they just reported us for what we did. after 1 month i just came on the server because i want to play again. So logged on and i saw i got banned so i went on the site right away to check the apply. but the video already got deleted. So i went on the TS3 server but they couldn't help me because it wasn't a recent ban so they just sayed to me make ban apply on the forms. so thats what i did but it didn't worked because i was on holiday and wasn't able to but a lot of effort in the unban appeal. And is there maybe a second change for some one that made a mistake. Because every one can make mistakes in roleplay. An admin can make mistakes to. And now we made a mistake by speaking in the wrong channel. and killing them if they don't do anyting. But i stiill think it is strange if we compansate that they are going to report me. and getting us banned.

Please explain the rule you broke in your own words (More detail the better)

 
I broke the rule RDM (Random Death Match) RDM is shooting on players whitout enganging in any form of RP. Like i go to Kavala and shoot on every 1 thats there. Or i got to a player ad Sofia garage and shoot him whitout saying one word. You need to give them enough time to respond other wise it is also RDM. and if you don't do it in a correct way of RP it wil also consider as RDM.

 
This is me example of the good RP situation.

Sir this is a robbery can u put your hands on your head. Otherwise i needed to use my gun for forcing you to do it. and if you don't comply i will use me lethal force to kill you.

 
Do you think adding a few words to "Hands up or you'll be shot" constitutes good roleplay? I wouldn't say so, how could you expand on that?

You know this is a very unsafe area for hobo's because you most of the time will get robbed. but i am diffrent than the most rebals i won't rob all your money of you but a little bit of it. I want some money of it because i am poor and i have to feed three kids because my wife left me alone in Sofia. So i am going to rob you. Sir can you put your hands on your head pleas. this is a robbery for a good charty of a alone man whit 3 kids. if you don't comply i am forced to shoot you in your head whit lethal force.
