Thanks to a short video not displaying the full situation (VDM)
Why should we unban you.
You should unban me because the reason is invalid, during this whole situation which was going on for about 30 minutes this person who I crashed into and his friend ( who was laying dead on the ground ) were going to try to steal our money when my friends just sold their iron, they were following us around for about 20 minutes, his friend who is dead on the ground in the video crashed into us several times. After about 3 minutes of crashing into us he finally got one of our vehicles to break down, however you cannot see this as the person who has uploaded the video of me crashing into him did not bring in the whole situation, I've crashed into his vehicle by the rules as of it being in combat. The person who died had an assault rifle meaning I knew that they were going to go after us. I arrived at the crash-site a bit late meaning the person who made the action request on me did not know I was in the group, I asked him twice if he was going to try to steal their money and I said I wanted to join. He said the following "yes" I decided to call my friends over to get the truck, after 5 minutes they arrived with a repair kit and got the vehicle repaired. The user stated in the "ban/action" request that we tried to mug him for anything, this is incorrect. All we did was gunpointed him with a small pistol asking him to surrender and to get on the ground, he got on the ground, we told him to stay down just for our own safety, (please note that the person with the gun left) I was on my own afterwards wwith this guy, he said that his friends were gonna come meaning we were afraid of more people coming as we can see he had an assault rifle on the ground and we didnt know if he had a smaller firearm of some sort. I decided to reverse with my vehicle and crash into his as I had a spike strip that I was trying to place down and it did not work, in the heat of the moment I crashed into him as he threatened us with people coming, and aswell my spikestrip did not want to deploy. And aswell the person has been lying in the ban request stating that I refused to join the teamspeak; I only said the following; Why would I do that? I never got any response after that, I did not know that this was the person who was in the situation so it was not dealt with us two afterwards. If you have any questions regarding the ban appeal please post them below, as I feel this was a clogged up reason to unban me.
