In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned because i was being foolish due to my frustration and anger. I was angry because of a glitch that took place during a robbery that caused me not to be able to kill my victim even after putting an entire 6.5 clip into his downed body. I gained nothing from the robbery and then was robbed myself and killed losing all my gear. At this point I was enraged and respawned in the same city, went back to the murderer and demanded answers to why his friend was able to kill me with one shot with a 9mm pistol while i was downed but an entire magazine of a katiba did not kill his friend. moments later that stated i was breaking nlr so i left. 1 minute later i respawned in pyrgos to get away from the nlr zone and go buy rebel gear.

Why should we unban you ?

I'm the same person as I was when i committed this offense, but I will control my emotions and not assume things will be overlooked or taken lightly. I will be sure to stay in line and do what it takes to stay in the community. https://www.roleplay.co.uk/topic/90723-un-ban-appeal-dawood-06292017timed-out/#comment-517246 I broke rule 5.3 becuase i respawned in the town i was killed (within 1000m). my character remembered the robbers and the situation that happened even though he'd been killed and I also broke rule 3.1 becuase I was not playing in character, instead I was yelling about game physics and rules (no longer roleplaying). Sorry I have not been able to respond to my last unban appeals, I have been working 4 double shift a week of 14 hours each and have not had time to respond.

can u quote me the rule the rule you broke, And explain in your own words please?

 
(3.1) You must remain in character at all times, unless a uniformed Admin authorises you to speak out of character. Roleplay everything.

(3.2) Out of Character Chat (OOC) interactions must be made over side chat.

--If i am speaking in direct chat i must stay in roleplay. if i have any out of character comments, responses or questions, they are to be written in side chat. any arguments or conflicts must be taken up in teamspeak.

(5.1) A new life starts, when:

Your character has been killed by a cop.

Your character has died in a RP situation.

Your character has been involved in an accident.

(5.3) When you respawn:

Your character does not remember any previous roleplay situations.

Your character does not remember where any of its vehicles outside the garage are

Your character does not remember any previous enemies (your killer/robber etc)

Your character cannot return within 1000m of the location of death or be involved in the same combat situation until the 15 minute NLR timer has expired.

Your character does remember their friends & gang members.

-- when a new life begins, i must forget about all events and people that took partook in my previous life for the exception of friends and gang members. Also when i respawn, i must be no where near the event that took place and must make sure i do not return for at least 15 minutes.

 
I skimmed the rules to have a thorough understanding of the server but i was not convinced of how serious the offensive were taken and how serious the consequences are. now that I am informed of the zero tolerance rule, I read all the rules twice and will think about the consequences before letting my emotion get to me.

 
how can we be sure that next time you get angry, you don't go back and demanding answers? 

 
when i get angry, i will demand for answers. but i will not lash out in the role play world. i will not return to the scene. instead I will use team speak or video proof on the forums.

 
through this experience, I've realized you don't always get the answers you want, and sometimes you never even get an answer. I will ask as calm as i can and see what happens. a bad altercation is not worth another conflict. and being ignored is worth lashing out.

 
i am gonna give you a second chance, i hope you learnt from this one.
