In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: Apparently it was due to mass VDM

Using your vehicle for running people over, using it to ram into other vehicles in and outside combat, using a vehicle with the purpose of making it explode are all considered a form of VDM here
Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: I am not going to lie, I did drive over a couple of people, however it was just after the hacker's attack yesterday during which everyone died and lost their stuff and were just aimlessly walking around Kavala, so I decided that I could liven up the situation by doing something like this, and it's not like they would lose anything from me doing this. I would also like to add that I have been playing on this server for quite a while now as I have really taken a liking to it and would not want to in any way ruin the gameplay for others, no matter the means.

I only did this because of the circumstances, which were a hacker wiping everyone's gear, so this was just killing time while we waited to find out what would happen as Kavala was being nuked every few minutes. None of us were doing anything productive e.g. getting gear and going to do Jobs because we were not sure if it's safe so everyone was just running around and occasionally screaming doomsday prophecies at people wearing gear. Everyone i ran over was like me, waiting and not taking it seriously because we kept dying. I highly doubt this would happen again as it was under extreme circumstances and next time ill probably just leave and come back when everything has calmed down + i don't want to risk getting banned again

 
I am still not happy that if there are extreme circumstances you would not do this again. You say things like "highly doubt" and "probably".

I'm sorry, I worded that quite poorly, however the main point still stands that I don't want to get banned again as i really like this server and have put many hours into it. I realize that I have acted badly ; this will not happen again, i promise.

 
I have unbanned you however it is for a final chance. You do not get a third chance here.
