During a combat situation I shot and killed someone who wasn't involved.

Why should we unban you ?
Well the situation was big and the pressure was high. I just saw some colors and didn't hesitate to shoot which was really stupid of me. The ban itself already thought me to re think everything twice because it can ruin the experience for others and it sucks. It was my first personal rule break and I'm sorry for what I've done and I can assure you this won't happen again.

So the ban made you rethink everything twice. Why did you not think before you got banned you probably knew it was a ban to begin with.

 
I didn't. The situation was confusing with multiple factios getting involved and after I made the mistake I didn't get told i did something wrong. So me being the inexperienced pleb I though everything was ok untill the report was posted and it was to late.

 
You thought you didn't do anything wrong killing someone who wasn't involved. That comment makes me question if you actually know the rules.

(2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).

You can't kill someone unless you or your gang mate roleplayed with him and made some sort of initiation by threatening each others life.
