In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned for VDM'ing a group of people in Kavala 30 minutes after being unbanned for a prior offence, where in my appeal I promised to follow the rules. Following the VDM I bragged about the rule I had broken by messaging police dispatch and telling them they 'can't get me' and that they 'all went down like bowling pins. strike'. Why should we unban you ?
I understand I may be the biggest idiot on this entire server, perhaps in this entire game for what I've done. Following the previous incident, it is 100% right for people to doubt my sincerity. However, I would like to explain my actions.

When I committed the VDM, it was not with malicious intent. I saw a group of players on the Kavala bridge, and I just drove right into them instead of turning to get out of the way. Within a few seconds I realised; WTF have I just done, and so I was prepared to apologise on teamspeak. However, the police begun chasing me (As they would in a real RP situation) and so I assumed the police were letting it go - instead of taking it to the forums or teamspeak, they would just respond to it within the context of roleplay. I crashed my car in the chase, got out and hid while the police drove past me. After this point, I thought I would roleplay and brag about the incident to the police (Plz see image linked above). If I honestly believed I would get banned for what had happened, I wouldn't have bragged about it, and even further I wouldn't have given up the possibility that maybe the police didn't know I committed the VDM. I wasn't bragging about breaking the rules - I was bragging within roleplay about evading the police. It was a naiive attempt at thanking the police for their perceived continuation of roleplay with a little roleplay of my own. 

Aswell as this, my previous ban was regarding disrespectful language in the OOC chat - which I kept my promise as I have been respectful on the chat ever since.
I made a mistake, I admit it, and I really would like any officers or civilian involved in this incident to read this and contribute to if they believe my justification to plausible.

In summary, I believe I should be unbanned because I did not have malicious intent, I was prepared to explain my actions but misjudged and thought I didn't have to, and ultimately I was 'discovered' because of my naivety. Again, just as in the last appeal, I apologise to anyone involved.

To prevent this happening again, whenever an incident of questionable rule breaking occurs, I will make an effort to contact those affected - even if it is unclear whether I need to or not. Ofcourse, I will try my best to make sure incidents like these don't happen again at all, but in Kavala even the police accidentally VDM civilians.

I want to thank Drew for this second second chance to appeal, and I understand if this request is not responded to for a long long time - or even denied. I'm sorry, and thank you for your willingness to hear me out.

Since you were very recently unbanned, this one will require some debate. I am not one to be a hardliner and strictly follow procedure, but I will leave it up to @Drewto decide if there is grounds to evaluate this appeal.

Player needs time to evaluate on his actions. I placed trust in his last appeal which was shattered after only being unbanned after 30 minutes.

Thank you, i appreciate the time because i agree it is better for me to evaluate what i have done so that i will not do it again instead of me jumping straight into it and breaking the rules again.

Right. Thank you for being patient.

I don't entirely know where to start. You are aware that myself and the rest of the staff team do this as voluntary work to ensure that people enjoy their time in our community and don't have to deal with rule breakers and people who don't want to be here.

I dealt with your last appeal in which I had taken the time out of my day to listen to your side of things and allow me to believe you was fully aware of why you was banned and that nothing will reoccur. I trusted my judgment in unbanning you and was sure that you had learned your lesson. You then go ahead after being banned for 30 minutes and get yourself banned. 

Your friend has came to me in a very respectful manner asking me to allow you to re appeal. I was adamant at first however, end of the day I am a nice guy and let you place an appeal.

In all honesty due to this i could have just perma banned you.

Why spend the time trying to get unbanned the first time around to do something stupid again and risk being fully banned from all RPUK Servers?

I understand your anger and disappointment. Instead of giving my side of the story which I've already outlined above, I'll tell you about my reflections over the last couple of days, and respond to what you've said.

I've made it clear that I love this server. There are some 'altis life' servers like gits where you can go round and there's no such rules RDM. If I want to kill people, I can play gamemodes such as battle royale or on servers such as gits. I understand I did not commit RDM, but my point is that if I am not happy with the rules on this server, I should go to another server and play there.

I play on roleplay UK because hands down I think it is one of the best roleplaying servers out there. I play to roleplay, I love the community, and I understand that following the rules is quintisential to maximal enjoyment of the roleplay server by everyone. 

Overall over the past few days, the emerging emotion I've had is guilt. I feel guilty for wasting you and other staff members time and betraying your trust. I will be honest. I am far from perfect, I am probably less perfect than a lot of people on this server. I made a mistake, I do make mistakes, and I am definitely not as conscious about the rules as I should be. As the old saying goes 'Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.' I don't want to make you feel like a fool for believing me, for trusting me, for giving me a second chance. 

I cannot promise I will never break the rules again. But I do promise that if I do I will strive to do the right thing to make them better. What I should have done the first time I got banned was not have sworn at all, but if it was too late I should have at least apologised and stopped. The second time I got banned, I should not have VDM'd at all, but if it was too late I should have went onto teamspeak and apologised and discussed what occured and compensate any injured parties.
All I can say is that I'm sorry for what I've done. I made a big mistake; Twice! But please, don't see it like I am an inconsiderate player who mocks your trust by continuously breaking the rules. I'm just naiive af, and every time I make a mistake I try and learn from it. It's like that story of a business man who lost millions of his bosses money through a failed project. Everyone expected him to get fired, but the boss said "Fire you? I've just spent millions training you". I promise you that I do try and improve, and when mistakes like this happen I try and be better next time. I am slowly but surely becoming  better at roleplay.
