In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was driving in my hatchback and ran someone over on the road. The mod teleported me and told me that it was not allowed to use your vehicle as a weapon, so I got banned.

Why should we unban you ?
I read the rules and now understand the rule VDM and won't do this again.

(2.1) Vehicle Deathmatch (also known as VDM) - Using any vehicle as a weapon (e.g running people over, causing explosions including while sling loading, ramming, etc), will result in you receiving a ban. Three vehicles are excluded from this, MRAPS (Ifrits, Hunters and Striders) can ram other MRAPS in order to disable them, yet not to kill the passengers. This is allowed as these vehicles are the only vehicles ingame that can withstand being rammed. Please note that you need to initiate roleplay before attempting to ram an MRAP. (Please note - MRAPS don't need to be initiated on in the redzone) This is to prevent random ramming on site. (Three minutes of chasing also constitutes initiation of MRAP and MRAP ramming).

I hope that I hereby can be unbanned from this fun server.

You were being spoken to by james who most likely would have given you a warning for what you did but instead you decided to log out. 

Why did you log out like that?

 
I got scared and thought he would give me a ban so I logged out to hopefully prevent it. I now know that that was wrong. 

 
Ran some one over? the following quote is straight from your ban notes

"Saw driving straight into a group of players on kavala GZ corner (about 5 players) and then carry on driving out of kavala hitting 1 more.
then watched for a while, turned around and did the same thing on the way back through. "

It does not sound like anything you have stated in your appeal. James attempted to give you the benefit of the doubt and TP'd you away to have a chat. you then thought you would DC from the server to avoid being banned? Not the smartest thing to do!

Please explain the rule you broke in your own words and explain to us why you think with have that rule in place.

I broke the rule VDM (stands for Vehicle Deathmatch). It means using your vehicle as a weapon against other players.

I have read the rules and won't do it again.

 
That's not the only rule you broke, I would also include logging out to your ban.

Why did you not bother to read the rules before you started on the server ? The onscreen prompt when you join advises you of this, Also for your records everything in arma and most games in 2017!
