RDM Rule - (2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
Well looking back i clearly understand where i messed up, and i messed up by shooting too quickly which i realise now. And i thought my friend who was initiating had a weapon out so it was miss communication within our group and i am sorry for that, and i can make sure it will never happen again. And the rule i broke and definition is Rule - (2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban). And i completly understand that and RDM to me in short words is when you randomly shoot someone with no rp reason. And the reason why i broke this rule was because my mate that initiated, he initiated with out a weapon, which i didn't know about, so i shoot the cop, due to miss communication. And i can assure you next time i will make sure the initiation is valid and i will not shoot so quickly.

Why should we unban you ?
I have found out where i messed up and how i can improve it, for example i will now always assess the situation from now on and make sure i get the correct and give the correct information. Also i will make sure to not shoot so quickly as i did. And i will always from now on try to not resolve in a gunfight and try to fix things with roleplay, as i love playing this community for its RP and i have noticed with this situation i didnt allow much rp. And from now on i will 100% not shoot to quickly or randomly shoot someone again. Last of all i would love to start my NHS patrols and see where that takes me, in my future RPUK days. And i can a sure next time i will make sure the initiation is valid and i will provide a warning shoot for the person(s) to show them their is a threat. Also i will always allow the people in the situation talk and rp and not interrupt the rp like i did there as that was very poor of me, and i am very disappointed looking back to it.

Last of all i would love to start my NHS patrols and see where that takes me, in my future RPUK days.

Nothing has stopped you before you we're banned to do NHS patrols, so using this as a reason to unban you isn't really helping your cause.

You state that you will try to roleplay more and resolve stuff in roleplay other then gunfights. Why was you attitude the otherway round in the first place? This is a roleplay server and you basically telling me that you prefer to sort stuff out by getting in a gunfight other then roleplaying?

I wasn't banned from NHS I just recently got accepted. I know that is why I have changed my attitude like I said looking back I am disappointed with my self. And I realised I was approaching the situations in the wrong manner and now I have found that out I have changed my manner to when approaching these situations

. 

And Robbie no I prefer to roleplay but with the situation why I got banned was because my friend initiated however with out a weapon and I didn't know that so after he gave the officer multiple warnings I shot him. And it wasn't till after the whole situation the video was uploaded was then I saw he was unarmed so it was miss communication. And I am very sorry for that. And trust me if I get unabanned situations like that I would make sure it is a valid initiation. Or I would if I was close enough go down and have a chat with the people. 

Robbie and the rest of staff this is my first offence and i can tell you this will be my last i have learnt my lesson and it will never happen again. Im soooo sorry this has been a kick in the balls for me andi  have learned my lesson i honestly promise this will never happen again.
