In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
in Athira some guy had initiated on me I got out of my car and killed him with a rook. He then spawned back in Athira and he ran up to me and swore at me out of character and was racist towards me. I then initiated on him without giving him enough time to comply I then shot him taking matters into my own hands instead of making a report on the forums.

Why should we unban you ?
You should unban me because I feel like over the past 6 months I have matured as a person, I also feel like I have realised what I have done was wrong and I will not repeat the mistake I made again It was really really stupid of me to break the rules and get banned when I had a lot of fun on the server. Whilst writing this appeal I have re-read the rules and I apologise to the admin that had to deal with me at the time. I also feel like I have learnt my lesson and that if I saw another player breaking rules next time, I will not take matters into my own hands and kill them without providing role play I will make a forum report instead.

So RDM and giving countdowns.  You state that you've re-read the rules so can you quote both rules that were broken and explain what they mean in your own words and why we don't allow this kind of behavior?

Random Deathmatch is when you kill someone for no reason or without role play. An example of this would be when someone just walks up to you for example at the drug dealer in Kavala and shoots you for no reason what so ever without any initiation or role play reason to kill you.

RDM isn't allowed on the server because there would be utter chaos because everyone would shoot everyone and have no reason for it this would ruin the experience on the server

(7.1.3) Killing someone must be carried out with high quality role play, “put your hands up or I will shoot” etc is considered low quality RP and may lead to a ban for RDM/Fail RP. Executing another player must also be carried out with high quality role play, the only exception to this rule is if both you and the victim are engaged in a gunfight together.

When you kill someone it must be carried out with high quality role play an example of breaking this rule would be counting down from 5 for the person you initiated on to put their hands up, this is terrible RP because it doesn't give the person being robbed enough time to comply to the robber's demands.

Poor RP isn't allowed on the server because the server is an RP server if everyone didn't provide good RP the server wouldn't function and would ruin the experience for others.

Cooldowns are not allowed because you have to give the person you are robbing or threatening enough time to comply this is because the person might not hear you, there may be a loud vehicle near by which my also affect their response so you have to give them enough time and make sure you have initiated with high quality roleplay before shooting. countdowns are also an example of poor roleplay
