In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
Firstly i was getting robbed , the person who was robbing me asked me for the keys but me being new to the server i didn't understand true roleplay at that point so i kept asking commands / key combinations to pick my hands up etc. Secondly i ran away and took out my pistol and did poor RP within him and tried to kill him. I also yelled into my mic as i was furious as i got robbed few minutes before that

Why should we unban you ?
I was never contacted by JACK about this incident i have tried checking if hes online but he has not been on for the past week as you can see, If i was offered to get onto ts i would try and resolve this with him , I only offered to join ts with him yesterday as i only seen the post about 3 days ago and made my account few hours after i seen it

Addition to the "Why should we unban you ?" part  as I wasnt happy enough with it.

I also read over the rules and from that clip it's pretty clear that I have broken multiple rules that i really regret , I would like to apologize about that as i was really newbie and just didnt understand the rules at that time and i thought i knew what RDM means when in reality I was just acting smart in front of JACK which is really bad of my part , I also learned / got taught the basics of role play and how to communicate and to always keep role-play never talk outside your role. I also learned not to yell in my mic for no reason as all it does is just make you look like a idiot , I also would like to get unbanned as my friend got this game for me and i haven't played any other server since i enjoyed this one so much , I've over 70hours  in 2 weeks and i really apologize over my stupidity and me trying to act smart.

I've asked for permission to post this in team speak and i got permission from Smith.

Rdm - random death match / starting a gun fight without initiation , proper role play or not giving enough time to respond to your calls 

breaking RP rule - going out of roleplay is not acceptable on this types of servers as that is what they're all about ,At all times you must stay in your role and not talk in game form  for example asking for key combinations to preform specific action like lifting your hands up instead you must say something like your hand is itchy
