In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: I was banned for trolling, I was sitting down while in restrains which is classed as trolling and is a rule that I broke and I honestly understand that and will never do it again.

Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: I have spent a lot of time on the server and I think altislife.co.uk is the best server out there and I do understand that what I did was wrong and I promise to not do it again.

To be honest I do not have a reason for doing this but I never thought it would be classed as trolling because I could have roleplayed that my legs were hurting so that is why I tried to sit down but I thought about it more and I understand that it is trolling as I sat down over and over but I will never do it ever again as I do not want to get banned off the server I love to play on.

 
I would just like to say i was banned for the same thing but how come i have been unbanned and Dan here has not? @Wilco

@Squelly don't worry about it, I broke the rules so I am going to wait my time however I love altislife.co.uk but I think it is ridiculous that I have been banned for a week for sitting down in restraints when there is people who rdm, vdm etc. who have only been banned for 2-3 days.

 
Other peoples unbans etc is nothing to do with you @Dan1321 so who cares how long they have taken to been unbanned etc ?

Sitting up and down is complete trolling and quite frankly we are fed up with this.

Unbanned for your FINAL chance.
