Damian Diks has opened an un-ban appeal

Admin that banned you (Check ban message when you connect to the servers): there was no name
In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: There were four guys who had set up a roadblock and we crashed along the way and they came to us with their guns so I thought they were going to rob us so I shot two dead and then I was shot and my friends who hasn't shot yet were shot for no reason they didn't fire only i did and one of my friend was killed he didn't have a gun he was unarmed and killed by them and my other friends managed to get away.
Please copy and paste the rule you think you broke: 3B) RDM - Random Death Match Definition:

Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban)

Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: because i was trying to protect my friends i know it wasn't the right thing to do but i thought they wanted to kill us so i was panicked and shot them i said sorry after that to them
If your ban reason is "Forum Report - Date Here" then search the forums for your in-game name and that date and insert the URL below:

NOTE TO MEMBER, This unban appeal will be looked at in due course, Please note there are no timeframe's

So you panick and shoot someone for no reason?

Are you aware this is a serious RP server and this behaviour is unacceptable?

@soldier63 What makes you think this is acceptable? Your not involved? and You decide to post irrelevant content on this topic.

Luckily i am not in a bad mood.

Take this as a warning do it again, and a warning point will be issued. And it will be forever on your record.

i was involved , i was with damian when he he was shooting, got shot , got banned so i am involved , the smiley faces were for the forum admin because he respond on my friends unban appeal .  !!!!!

@soldier63 What makes you think this is acceptable? Your not involved? and You decide to post  (IRRELEVANT) content on this topic. :Dizzy:

He may be involved but as shown below the appeal is for the "Person appealing and the admin team only" 

  • The appeal is for the person appealing and the admin team only, Anyone commenting on an appeal will receive a warning point
Its not for irrelevant content such as spam. Its also not for people to post smile faces  what just clog up the appeal and makes the admins jobs harder to filter through whats relevant and whats not.

And as i said before have a nice day, and make sure you read the forum rules before commenting on content.

You would realise that;

  • Unban Appeals are the lowest priority as it is your responsibility to learn and follow our rules there are no timeframes. 
  • If you "bump" your appeal or keep asking; “when will I be unbanned” we reserve the right to deny the request.
Please ensure that you do not bump this post again, as if seen doing so I will be issuing you a warning point which in return will stop your unban appeal from being completed for a further 7 days due to your posting restriction.

Your unban appealing will be dealt with when an admin gets around to doing it.

it was my first day on the server and i only wanted to play with my friends so in didn't read the rules sorry for that

i'm sorry for that i read the rules and i get i totaly i was wrong sorry for asking when i was going to get unbanned but i really wanted to play on that server again because i really enjoyed playing.

 
So if you get unbanned it will be your second day

Please explain a RP situation what you would do differently next time if the same thing or simlar thing happened ?

 
i would ask them why they did it and won´t start shooting because i don´t know whats happening

and i thought they were going to kill us so thats why i shot thats why i didn´t ask what they were doing
