In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was taken aside by an admin after accidentally saying someone's name without asking them. He explained that I should read the rules which I then did. He had teleported me far away from my friends and when I tried to get back, I fell down a rocky area and died. I then waited and spawned back in at Kavala. The same admin the came to me and told me that I had broken the NLR and that I had a 12 hour ban. It is now 5 days later and I am still banned on the server.

Why should we unban you ?
I thoroughly enjoy playing on this server and haven't found one that is nearly as good. My friends and I frequently play here and so me being banned has seriously effected our enjoyment of the game. I completely accept that I was wrong to mention someone's name but equally the admin wasn't helpful in explaining what I had done wrong and what I should do to make it better. I'm not sure how close I was to Kavala when I died so I'm not sure if I broke the NLR or not but I do think this ban is a little harsh, although I appreciate the fact that sometimes it is required to maintain a quality server. I always had a good time on this server and it was my friends and my favourite server. I hope you will consider this unbanning me.

Wouldn't have happened if you'd read the rules prior to playing, eh? Also, according to my notes he kicked you telling you to read the rules, to which you reconnected straight away; a clear statement of "Fuck you admin hahahahaha no" (in my eyes anyway..) so the time period of you rejoining (1 minute) clearly isn't enough time to read our rules.

Have you now read them? Can you quote the rule you've broken and explain it in your own words?

I never intended to send the message of "fuck you admin" and I am sorry if my actions made it seem that way. I did read the section of the rules that he directed me to but I take full responsibility for not reading the complete set. I have now read the rules of the server. 

This is the rule I broke:

[SIZE=medium]Your character does not remember where any of its vehicles outside the garage are [/SIZE]

[SIZE=medium]Your character does not remember any previous enemies (your killer/robber etc) [/SIZE]

[SIZE=medium]Your character cannot return within 1000m of the location of death or be involved in the same combat situation until the 15 minute NLR timer has expired. [/SIZE]

Specifically the "Your character cannot return within 1000m of the location of death or be involved in the same combat situation until the 15 minute NLR timer has expired." section.

What it means is that ensure the roleplay atmosphere is maintained, a player who has died must wait 15 minutes to respawn or visit that area. I now completely understand this and will make sure I follow it in the future. I confess to not fully grasping the importance of the rules before playing but I now see that it is necessary to keep a high quality server.
