i was banned for an incident in agios where i robbed a hobo in a greenzone the reason i killed him in the greenzone was because i initiated outside it and he ran into it to avoid me which i didnt think was aloud then another person initiated on my friend so i shot him when i seen him but he then killed me

Why should we unban you ?
Well i have played here alot without any problems on my end and for this one mistake i dont think i should be permantly banned but then again it is not my desicion so please do whatever you think would be best for this server please give me a second chance thanks for your time

First of all, someone else breaking a rule doesn't give you any right to break rules yourself.   Also, let us look at the entire story.

You were banned for:

  1. Shooting someone in the Greenzone and getting your friend to lockpick his truck in the GZ
  2. Providing no roleplay at all when robbing a hobo for his backpack
  3. Started shooting at a Poseidon vehicle after your friend VDMed it and all you said was "Stop"
A little bit more than just 1 incident in the GZ isn't it?

So again, Why should we unban you?
 

 
Since this incident i have stopped playing with that guy who use to be my friend he told me someone engaged him when they didnt and i have never had any other incidents and i have played alot here i was playing like full days because i like this server so much i have not even been on my pc much since i was banned i just want to play here again i enjoyed here alot even if you could but me on a trial for me to prove to you that i do not usually break the rules even if you take rebel priveleges off me to just let me show you i did not break the rules usually and my rp was quite good

 
You don't have to do what someone else in game tells you, you should be familiar enough with the rules to be able to make your own judgement and not break any rules.

As NotMattch says, it was not one incident, it was a series of rule breaks for which you are responsible. Care to explain why you did each one?

 
It was a while ago so my memory is not fresh, correct me if i'm wrong on any of these.

1st incident was in agios at a greenzone my friend was locking picking because earlier he fled to the greenzone to not get robbed by us so we were annoyed he broke the rule of that but i know now it doesnt give me the right to break a rule if they break a rule

2nd incident my friend wanted me to rob some hobo so i helped and blatantly broke the rules which i should have known better

3rd incident my friend told me he initiated on him so i started the shooting the guy which was my fault for trusting him about that

Since then i have stopped playing arma with him because all of this happened in the space of an hour or 2 and nothing like this happened before so i am not risking playing with him again and in my opioinion i dont he deserves to be unbanned but it is your call. I have read over the rules multiple times since and i fully understand what i have done wrong i just really like this server it is my favourite i have tried every other rp server and none are even near a good. So thank you for your time and dont't hesitate to ask me any more questions

Edit: I see it looks like im blaming him on all of this i am not i take full responsibility for what i have done and i am ready to do whatever needs to be done to get unbanned and back onto altis

So it seems like a couple of the incidents were because you thought someone else broke a rule therefore you broke rules in return.

tell me how you should deal with a situation like this in the future

 
If someone else breaks the rules it does not give me the right to break them in return. What i should have done is recorded it and reported it rather then trying to take it into my own hands. I have read over the rules many times more since my ban as i really never want to be banned again. I have played on many other servers and they are just not the same as here i understand that these rules and the staff are one of the main reasons this server runs so good and that i was not helping when i took matters in to my own hands like that, It won't happen again. If i see people breaking the rules i will start recording and report it to the staff straight away and that is what i can do to contribute to this servers wellbeing. Thanks for your time.

Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) Punishment is a ban."

This rule is keeps the roleplay alive without this rule there would be no roleplay and just rdm all the time i also broke the rule of not killing in greenzones and this rule is important because without this there would be no safe place to speak to one another and rest and you know just have some nice chats.  I hope you consider unbanning me.

Could you tell me which rule this is? 
Also if you were to be unbanned what would you do on the server?

And one final question from me. What's up with some of your old names on record. Examples being "Dontlikepakis" and "G91 are nazis" is this something we need to be worried about?

I broke this rule which would not happen again if i was to play again i would like to apply for nhs or police and my old names are nothing to worry about they are from when in use to share my steam account but i know longer do that

 
You've already quoted the RDM rule earlier I am looking for the rule about not robbing and killing inside the greenzones?

Now honesty is important to me so are you 100% sure these names were from sharing your steam account or could there be more to it? Now as said they are old names but "someone else did it" is a very common excuse

 
Yes i know it's a common excuse but what else can i say if im still here trying to get unbanned bothering to come here and type it kind of shows that i want to play here alot, i mean this in a nice way.

Here is the rule you are asking for

[SIZE=medium]Green zone specific rules:[/SIZE]

[SIZE=medium](6.1.1) You must not attempt to kill anyone in a green zone.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=medium](6.1.2) Lethal weapons must be holstered in green zones at all times. Breaking this rule can result in being kicked from the server.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=medium](6.1.3) You must not knock out and rob other players in a green zone.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=medium](6.1.4) You must not lockpick or steal a vehicle from the green zone.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=medium](6.1.5) You must not park or leave your vehicle inside of a green zone in order to sell illegal items such as drugs or guns.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=medium](6.1.6) You must not exploit the green zone to avoid ongoing hostile roleplay. Retreating into a green zone is forbidden.[/SIZE]

 
Alright so if I were to unban you it would be your last chance. Any rule break afterwards will lead to a permanent ban do you think you will be able to keep yourself from trouble this time?

 
Yes i would be very greatfull if you were to unban me and you will not have trouble with me again i would really like to apply to police here if i am unbanned and i will not be breaking any rules
