In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I think i was banned because the guy who i shot did not hear me shout at him stop his ATV but because of the engine he could not hear me. Which i now know that classes as RDM.

Why should we unban you ?
I think i should be unbanned because i did not know that he couldn't hear me when i shouted at him "pull over" around 10 times which is why i shot him. Yes i have spoke to an staff member about this and he did tell me that he probably couldn't hear me. I am very sorry that i did this as im new and not fully experienced. But if i do get unbanned i will never make this mistake again as i know what i have done is bad and ill never do it again. But if you choose to not unban me then i see why you did this, but i will be very thankful if you do unban me as i want to become a medic in the future. Thanks for reading and i hope you understand that im really sorry for this mistake.

This is the video of you. You cannot hear a word come from you. I get the impression you were trying to issue compliance from within the vehicle. This in arma simply does not work.

in that report you say that you have video which shows you speaking however the evidence you supplied has no audio. Im interested to see your side, could you upload it please.

Yes i did say that i didn't know that he couldn't hear me inside of the car as im kind of new to arma.

Secondly, at the start of my video if you look in the bottom left you can see that it says DIRECT COMMUNICATION and i cannot give you were i was shouting but before the recording started i was shouting but i had geforce experience at 2 mins as i thought a car chase wouldn't happen for over 5 minutes.
