Well i was banned by Drew for poor rp, me and Alex were robbing ppl and then Drew ban me because apparently i was committing poor rp when all i did was if someone refused to put there hands up i shot them and then finished them off dont get me wrong i dont have anything against Drew hes a great admin i just think this seemed a little bit over exaggerated for a perma ban.

Why should we unban you ?
Becasue i play alot and i dont feel like this is worth a perma ban and i play on this server like everyday its a shame to hear i might not be able to play it again.

well if i look over your appeal, you seems to not regret your actions. 
All i see is you complaining about our bansystem. all are bans are permanent until succesfully appealed. 
also opening a Second unban appeal does not help you at all. 

Can u quote me the rule you broke,And explain in your own words?

(1.3) Swearing at someone outside of roleplay is not tolerated and will be punished by a ban. 

I do care very much so enough to try get unbanned again i love ur server and when i get banned its usually due to a silly mistake but i looked at the ban appeal that timed out and u quoted something i said "i cant pay ur ticket but i can fuck ur bitch" that happend ages ago that was from my last ban appeal and what i got banned for this time i dont quite understand so im trying to see if Drew would explain why i got banned along with Alex and then i will explain why i want to be apart of the community again and that i made a silly mistake as of now im still not sure what rule i broke as i was robbing ?  

And the second appeal was a mistake sorry i must have try to edit it and it made a 2nd appeal sorry boss.

how does swearing out of roleplay, has anything to do with you getting banned for foor poor roleplay? 
did you even had a look on our rulespage to see what rule you broke?
