I was banned for VDM and lying during a resolution.

Why should we unban you ?
I have taken a day or so to get my head straight form where it was a couple of days ago and have been asked to do this unban multiple times by various community members.

I believe that I should be unbanned from the RPUK Game servers as I am an extremely active member of the community (to which I can honestly say that I don't think there has been a single week where I haven't played on the servers over the past few months) and have over the past 13 months been a police officer on two occasions and a rebel for a long period of time, what I did was stupid and I admitted I was wrong to lie in the report itself and spoke to the gentleman directly making this apparent to which I believe we put ourselves back onto good tracks to go forwards. The offences themselves were accidental but the lying not so, I did admit fault for the out of character actions in order to try and rite the wrongs which I committed. I have many friends here and have always played on this server despite many of my old gang members moving onto other things, I have always chosen to stick with this server and during my last few months have made many new friends in doing so. The 6 months whitelisted factions ban is going to hit me hard if this unban appeal gets accepted but I will make the most of the situation if given the opportunity to prove myself to be a person worthy of another shot in the community.

So crumbs having read over what you said here what is to stop you from doing this sort of thing again?

You know just ramming a civ accidentally or non-accidentally multiple times not stopping to apologise and then lieing to the gentlemen when he tries to resolve the situation with you?

If you watch the video back you can hear me apologizing in the first incidence and I did stop and apologize after the second without exiting the car. No-one wants to be banned and the lying was just an act of stupidity at the time which I can assure you will not be repeated intentionally.

It seems that you apologised on the first one however I can't even tell if you apologised in the second case, and by the third.....

You have been banned previously, 



and with regards to this I am glad to see you haven't been this immature recently. Since it has been 6 months since this ban/unban I think we will forget about that one, but peoples behaviour doesn't always change.

I will leave another staff member to continue this appeal process as I feel I know you all too well crumbs.

Crumbs just so the situation in clear as day can you explain your reasons for lying?

My reasons for lying were that I believed at the time that Pricey had previously Desync-Rammed me inside of Agios (which is why I was driving like I was out of the town and attempted to stop believing it was him.) and I was very salty with him at the time which is why I claimed it wasn't me in the hope that he would have left it there and avoided an argument of accusations etc. I know that I should have just told him it was me driving and then asked him immediately if it was him that had desync rammed me rather than making assumptions based on the car he was driving. So in short I was under the assumption that he had desync rammed me and wasn't in the mood/frame of mind to resolve it.

How could you have dealt with this situation?

As explained above I should have not lied initially then asked Pricey if it was him driving the car rather than assuming. Had Pricey have messaged me earlier I would have been more than happy to shadowplay my footage to show my side of things however at the time is was too late.

After speaking it over with some members, if you are unbanned, you will be allowed to apply for the NHS, but the blacklist for Police and UNMC will stand.

Thank you very much, I would love to use my time as a medic in order to prove myself as a part of a whitelisted faction once again.

You may apply for an un blacklist at the CSI's discretion after 16/02/17 you you so choose. You may also join the NHS per the above

After discussion Crumbs is on a diversion program as long as he keeps his nose clean, the blacklist will be removed 3 months or earlier as long as he behaves himself, and does not cause any issues in the community.
