basically I was driving down the road in a green zone in Kavala, and there were a group of people standing in the middle of the road. I read the rules on the site which describe VDM as "Using your vehicle as a weapon" and since the definition of weapon is "a thing designed or used for inflicting bodily harm or physical damage." I assumed that because I was in the greenzone and hitting someone with the car didn't do any damage and the definition of weapon means you're using it to cause damage, and because 4 different people including two police cars knocked me over with no consequence, that I wasn't breaking this rule. So I hit the group with the car thinking it would be funny for everyone involved (I found it funny being hit by cars randomly)
Why should we unban you ?
I'm very new to Arma 3 roleplay (this was within my first hour of ever playing it) and genuinely thought that this wasn't against the rules from reading the VDM rule literally. I've watched Youtubers play which sparked an interest in it and if I knew that VDM was hitting someone with a vehicle is against the rules regardless of damage, I wouldn't have done it. I'm hoping you'll give the new guy the benefit of the doubt on this one as I wasn't showing a disregard for the rules, I even went out of my way to read them before entering your server, I just took the wording literally and assumed from other people hitting me that it wasn't a problem once it wasn't doing damage. I'm sorry and I'll know for next time.
