In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: The reason for my banning was that I wanted to meet with friends in Athira rather than Agios where I was spawned, therefore I reclogged to respawn there. I realise after a talk with the moderators and a re-read of the rules this is teleporting, and I accept that I made a mistake punishable by banning.

Once you have spawned in you are unable to respawn unless you have been killed or stuck in a position due to a bug (please take screenshots), For example you cannot respawn to get to another location quicker - Punishment is a ban
Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: The first time playing on this server I didn't put much thought into the rules as I read them and thought I had a full understanding. Obviously I was wrong and regret that I have failed to comply with the servers terms. Since the ban I have read through all of the rules and conditions and know exactly what isn't allowed on the server. however I believe that I can still have a positive impact on the Altislife.co.uk community after being commended for my role-play on other servers. I would be very grateful if I could be awarded a last chance at playing on the server, and I'm positive I will not break this rule or any other in the future.
