I got banned for while being restraint i was jumping out of the police car and trolling around as i where restrained. Aka, restraint glitching

Why should we unban you.
The reason i want to get unbanned is that i really like the server. I have tried to find other servers to play on but there is no one nearly as fun, active or serious as yours. I have defenetly learned my lesson and this will not happen again. At the time i was new to the game and i had no idea that this was not allowed. Yes i know it is my fault for not reading the rules completly and it can in no way justify that i did this. That is why i am asking for a second chance to proove that i am serious on playing on the server and that this will not happen again.

When i was new and didnt understand the basic / seriousness of the game. I have since my ban started to play it alot more and cant find any servers that are serious anymore. I understand that it was not acceptable and that i cant blame that i was new. But if i were to recive a second chance this sort of thing will defently NOT get repeated.

I have more knowledge about RP then i hade when i got punished.  I know now that even if a game mechanic or if the game allows me to perform an action that doesent mean that it is allowed. I also take roleplaying more seriously and doesent break active RP, character or meta game. Yes i have more knowledge about the rules now then i hade before and understand how important they are for a good experience, for both me and other players.

I have more knowledge about how RP works. I know that i am not allowed to perform a certain action even tho the game or a bug allows me to because i am still technically restraint. I will make sure that what i am doing is proper RP and will make my best for this not to be repeated. And if i am unsecure to go back and check the rules again if there are any doubt of what to do.
