I got banned because I wrote a racist remark things that seemed funny and innocent to me may have hurt other people in the server and I should be more considerate.

I understand that I got banned because I offended people and ur job is to elimnate people who 1. dont follow the rules 2. interrupt others and stop them from having a good time.

Why should we unban you ?
I understand that was out of line now. I will work better to improve myself and not let it happen again, you can clearly see I have a clean record and this is my first ban.

also it seems you ere not good at reading rules. first you break a server rule. ( in my opinion a rule that is in place in most of the communities)

i have never heard of you, so my first impression is this guy, is here to 1 insult other members 2 not caring about the rules we set in place.

First of all my guess that u implemented the playtime/last visited system rather recently, cause I have played this server before, about a year ago, and a few other times and spent hours doing stuff and having fun, and yes out of all these times I have not caused any trouble.

yes I have read the rules and it seemed to me that the post have crossed pages and I saw others who posted were answered about an hour after posting while my post moved to the second page, bumping was def a mistake and part of my self destructing nature I guess, cause I knew it was wrong.

I did not insult anyone on purpose saying these words were as innoncent as they can come, I say these words as a joke on a daily basis, and I guess thats how I was raised and im sorry if it does not fit the nature of this server.

in all honesty im sure u talk to ur friends like this and its just this kind talk for fun, I did not curse anyone in paticularly or tried to hurt any group or indivdual.

It is clear to my that my behavior is wrong, and although I do talk like that on a daily basis it was the first time i've said stuff like that on the server. As stated I have been playing this server for quite a while and I took a break for about a year, maybe on that time u implemented new systems that show u when I was last logged in and u can only see me from now, but im not new here.

that said I've been playing in quite a lot of servers with the same gamemode (of course urs is the best), and was playing back and forth here and on blackwing.

Rules can be broken by mistake, its up to the "rulers" per say to sometimes show humanity and understand that people make mistake and show forgiveness.

I am not a trouble maker, and the best way to prove that is simply give me another chance and see if anything at all happens again with me, seriously like, anything I do wrong, anything at all, just ban me and this time make it permanent without option to appeal, wouldn't that be the best way to show my intentions are right?

Im def a man of action and not words and would love to prove myself and see this community grow as a member of it.

It means that if a discriminate a group, race or etnicity of any kind by hurting them or aiming a specific insult at them as a group it is punished by a permanent ban without an appeal (it means I cannot appeal for the ban I received, which I hope to god is not the case with me.)

You right I shouldn't have done that, I have read the rules and I mean its a pretty obvious rule in any community as u said, basically bumping the thread by posting a comment to push it back to the first page, don't know why I did that and honestly I'll totally understand why u would deny my request and want to keep me off ur server, but I sure do hope u wont.

I guess not but if sometimes I tell my friends that stuff it's just for fun..

However since I was on a server with rules I should follow them, what I do on my life is with all the respect has nothing to do with the server or u guys.  I'm an adult male (22 years old), as long as I don't do it on the server I don't see how is that a problem.

Sadly thing's can get out of hand @Crapy and we do in some instance's have to take action for things that have happened outside out server's/forums because they have targeted out player's on site's such as FB/Twitter etc. 

My issue is that you've decided to say this in sidechat.

I don't see how this is normal for someone to directly call out a group of people who spend there free time as NHS. How can we make sure that this doesn't happen again? Also, do you have a mic to play on this server? Checking your log's before the ban you were typing in chat to prove your innocence?

I'm not convinced that you broke these rules by "mistake".  From your own admissions, it looks to me like this is exactly who you are and the "Mistake" was forgetting where you were putting these words

Honestly I wrote here a whole story, but I edited it now cause I got nothing else to say.
