In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned due to a poor RP situation from the TCK Clan - in which I was taken hostage for one of them 'recognizing my voice' even though NLR (that I broke) also goes into detail about how when you die and respawn you have no memory of previous lives. 30+ days since a previous encounter tells me we were ALL on new lives. I was ultimately killed in a poor RP situation from these hot heads (calling out TCK Mattay) and in frustration respawned at KAVALA without thinking. I ran out of the house I spawned in to find a crashed car with dead bodies there. as I looted one for a pistol I had realized that it was infact the guys who had accosted me previously - therefore breaking the NLR myself.

Why should we unban you ?
I believe you guys should unban me for the following reasons
1) This is the second time I have submitted this unban request - the admin who was initially responding to it asked me what rule I broke, which I spent time answering in the original post. then he bumped the message to say it was running out of time going to expire - to which I responded almost immediately. after nor response for a few days I asked him it was still going to expire... and he put it on hold for 3 days for bumping... By the time it unfroze and he asked another question I was on vacation and it timed out and expired. This duration meant that I lost the 2mil house I just purchased.. spending pretty much all of my earnings. I cant even imagine I will be recompensed for this but hey!
2) I was part of a poor RP situation and made a mistake - I believe I should be forgiven for the mistake I made.
3) I was actually adding more value to the server in terms of RP than any of the TCK members that I have met to date - disclaimer to those TCK members I haven't met yet..

I don't understand how this is relevant to your appeal in any way shape or form. That comes down to meere opinion and you are obviously biased in that opinion due to the fact that a few TCK have supplied the evidence leading up to your ban. They are not the ones at fault, YOU are. They did not tell you to break the rules, you allowed YOURSELF.

You've come here with the attitude of the victim. You've been warned for VDM'ing just a week or so before your ban for NLR. You were directed to read the rules then but decided to ignore them I guess.

Come back in 5 days with a better attitude.
