I know why I was banned, joined the teamspeak and got it informed that I shouldn't return to the site I was killed (wasn't aware of this)

Why should we unban you ?
I've played the server for a few days now doing all sorts of stuff and I really enjoy it. I've been dealing with the police alot due to the way my character is represented in the game (honest miner, but criminal if I can get away with it). I have a fairly nice back-story that has gotten me away with alot of stuff from the police. I'd like to continue my journey on the server with my close group of friends as I think this ban was a bit harsh as I got no explanation in-game that I was going to get banned. I understand now what I've done and you won't see me on the forums again writing another appeal as I will keep the rules open on a separate monitor glancing at it constantly.

Also regarding the name, it will be changed. Was used as a profile for some wasteland game-play a few months ago and never really bothered to change it.

Can you explain the NLR rule in your own words?

 
@CrumbleWell it's simple, if you die then so does your brain. You have to start the game with a new brain, new thoughts, new life basically. Everything is erased apart from your criminal record. 

In my case I shouldn't have known that the crime-scene I got to was my own and that's where I flawed. 

 
@CrumbleOkay. 

Once my character dies all the memories from my previous life gets erased. A new life begins and the only thing that is passed on is my criminal record, cars in the garage and my faction/friends remain and the rest is wiped (location of your car, inventory). This rule doesn't apply if you're the subject of an obvious VDM/RDM or if you disconnect from the server. Once reborn you're not allowed to return to old ways and end up in the same situation that got you killed in the first place within the 15 minute NLR timer. Same goes for visiting the place of death, you need to keep away from a 1km radius.
