I heard my friend relaying his position while coms were taken and shot the guy over an initiation I heard out of my friends coms that he didn't have

Why should we unban you ?
I have taken the time to read over all of the rules and feel as it has been a long enough time for me to reflect on my wrong doings, also I really enjoy the server and plan on applying for Poseidon.

So now you have come clean and telling the truth ? 

Last appeal you lied about that you can hear you friend ingame while you were sitting 100 meters away on top of the hill.

Why will we let people that lie towards us ingame and on your first appeal back into our community ?
