In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned
It seems that a player I'd exchanged words with after I'd been killed by him has decided to take action against me.
I was killed in questionable circumstances in a manner of which at the time I felt wasn't in keeping with the RP spirit of the server, as I was knocked out before RP was initiated at all, which to my understanding was against the rules. I was held at gunpoint, robbed and then killed shortly afterwards for no reason by said person, someone I could barely understand as his microphone was poor quality and he was quite a lot younger. Someone else was then held up, shot and killed for no reason in similar circumstances some time later which suggests they had no real end-game and were playing in this way only to be a nuisance more than anything. I admit to sending him a message out of frustration and while my comments about his voice may have been a bit far, I said nothing of the sort in terms of wishing cancer and have lost several relatives to it so the accusation that I would say something like that is offensive and pure libel. He proceeded to send me messages both privately and replying to anything I said in-game despite my requests for him to leave me alone and drop the matter. Nothing more followed after this.
Why should we unban you.
I feel that, based on the fact the initial problem came about because I felt like RP had been broken when I was knocked out without any warning (was browsing a shop) over VOIP, I wanted to take it up further with him and try and understand his reasoning as he later did the exact same thing to someone else. Although my choice of words were unfortunate, my initial frustration at not being able to understand him well and poor RP led me to what happened but I feel like this has also been unnecessarily blown out of proportion because I refused to acknowledge him further in public chat, but was in no way offensive beyond the private message.
I would like to be unbanned because I think this incident doesn't reflect me accurately and the initial case comes across poorly on me due to some misleading information such as the cancer comment. I'm available to discuss matters further on TS and I think this would be beneficial to better provide insight into the matter.
