Reason given for your ban.
RDM/FailRP

The Server you initially were banned on.
Server 1

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
My friends and I were performing a robbery on a hemtt box, a police car arrived and crashed next to us, i immediately told the police officer to put away his rifle as he got out of the vehicle, he did not comply so i killed him, i believe i was banned for acting too hastily, i should have allowed more time for the officer to comply, initially as the police car crashed i said remain in your vehicle officers however it was spoken into a different chat channel in the panic of the situation, this added to the confusion of the situation, as to why i logged out soon after, my group had to leave so we drove back to athira and logged out, i wasnt paying attention to OOC channel which is purely a coincidence if i had noticed the player calling me out in side channel i would have tried to resolve the problem in teamspeak immediately.

Why should we unban you ?
I have been a part of the server for a long time now, i have been a part of countless different roleplay situations and play on the server almost every evening, this situation is completely my fault, i acted hastily through panic of the situation and i accept responsibility, i apologise to the player affected, i will happily compensate any losses . Regards

Why didn't you give the officer more time to comply with your orders? Why shoot as soon as you told him to put his weapon down. Seem's like you were too eager to kill someone.

If im honest i panicked, my friends and i were already in a sticky situation, i thought the officer took out his weapon with lethal intention and acted without thinking, for that i appologise. It was not my intention to kill anyone when we were role playing with the hemtt box driver my friends and I get more satisfaction in creating a story with each roleplay encounter instead of just killing unnecessarily. I acted hastily and without thinking clearly and i know in hindsight the officer wouldnt shoot me if I had initiated him. I wouldnt have liked it if i was not given a chance to comply with an initiation so i can only appologise for not granting another player that same right in my panicked state. I would love i could be granted a second chance to engage in more great roleplay situations with my friends and others.

can u quote me the rule you broke, And explain in your own words?
Yes of course. I broke rule (2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a Ban)

The RDM rule is in place to facilitate quality roleplay situations, it allows all players to engage in roleplay instead of being killed without warning or without proper time to react to an initiation. An example of RDM is if a player kills someone without speaking to them or giving any instructions. Another example of RDM is where a player doesn't grant another player enough time to comply with an order/initiation.

what would you do different if that situation occurs again ?
Is presented with the same situation again, i would remain calm and trust that the other player will follow the rules, i will also give far more time for the player to respond to my initiation before acting.

alright how much time would you give him to comply ?
what do you think that is a reasonable time to comply ?

alright how much time would you give him to comply ?
what do you think that is a reasonable time to comply ?
I would give them approx 10 seconds, i think thats an ample amount of time to either reply or comply with an order.
