i was in ts to try to get some info i was asking for a time frame jefke told me it was not important but it was important thats why i asked and i asked im if there was another staff member i could talk to he did not say anything when i asked him for the 2nd time he got shitty with him i got into it with him for not saying anything at all when i asked him he then told me to to stop right now i asked him what stop talking he says yes when i was telling him he needed better communications and then he banned me from the ts

Why should we unban you ?
i feel i did nothing wrong i sat in staff help for about n hour then msg in game if someone could help me he was getting pissed cuz i asked him for a time frame i know you guys do it in your free time but a time would be nice told me to stop talking and then banned me i was asking for some help n then to be told to stop talking is a bit shitty i doe have a record of the chat befor i was banned ill get it up when it finish loading

yes, i will so he came into support asking about the time frame of a compensation request. i explained him that we need to check multiple factors before we can decide. e stated this was clear-cut evidence. i told him it could be, but i did not watch the video. after some time going back and fourth, i told him it will be dealt with shortly. then he said i did not understand, i told him multiple time times to not raise his voice, then he shouted i am not raising my voice. i also asked him to drop the attitude again he shouted, i don't have attitude i will give you attitude in a minute. then he requested a other staff member, as he did not want to speak anymore to me, i told him i will get on, meanwhile i was waiting for other staff. he asked, what i was gonna be, i said i was waiting for staff, he asked is it a yes or a no. i said i think they are to busy atm, so it will be no, he said i will come back later, so i thought he would leave, but he then started to say, my communication could be better, and stuff like that, while he was speaking i said to him we are not going this way stop stop stop stop now, then he said you want me to shut up? i said yes as we are getting no where right now, then he said you know what fuck you. that point i decided to ban him of teamspeak.

No counter proof provided, from the story Jefke gave I think he acted within reason. If you got any proof to show otherwise, then I would have suggested you gave it a while back. There for I will deny it and ban you on the forums for the treatment of our Staff Team.
