In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I asume that the admin thought that my friend ran me over to restore my health. My friend did not intend to do so, he was trying to use the brakes, he said sorry rigth after he did. But i understand that it look like a rule break but we did not intend to do so. I guess next time we should communicate more and make sure we do not run each other over and not create any misunderstandings, as i am aware this is VDM and rule break of rule 2.1

Why should we unban you ?
I play on this server for hours every day and i always make sure what i do is not breaking any rules. I love the server, as I am a big fan of RP. I have never played on any other server than this, and i would not like to either. I have made so many friends over the months i have played on this server and i would be very sad if it all got taken away from me because of a small misunderstanding between me and my friend. I have now read the rules over again and i understand that you though we were rue breaking, but i hope you understand it was a big misunderstanding.

I have looked at your ban note.. Daanish seems pretty confident you did it, I doubt it's a "misunderstanding". So, why did you exploit the system?

Furthermore, "Also trying to make their heli take off with no one in it by getting in copilot and hopping out." (Ban Note) <<< Care to explain that too?

So its pretty obvious, both you and your friends made an appeal, so who did what. Be honest.....

We were trying to disable the hell so no one could steal it. Then I decided to fly the hell up in the air and jump out. A support member in ts told us that it was on edge to rule breaking but not actually a rule break. When I jumped out I broke my legs. When I walked up against the car I did not have any time to get out of the way as my legs were broken. I assume replica didn't know my legs were broken and therefore assumed that I could get out of the way. I did not tell him my legs were broken which I should have done. Replica weren't able to use the break soon enough to prevent running over me. That is what I meant by misunderstanding. Both of us were responsible for the incident but it was an accident. I were not able to move out of the way and replica were not able to use the brakes soon enough. 

 
@It is possible that it could be a misunderstanding, as from my angle my view was slightly inhibited. From what I saw, it looked like you drove straight into him, and so I issued the ban. Ciceroo, you say that you didn't have time to get out of the way due to broken legs, and from where I was spectating, I couldn't see your attempt to get out of the way if one was actually made.

As Daanish said it doesn't look like you made any effort to move out of the way, did you know that getting run over would give you full health? 

 
I thought replica was going to stop, but like he said he didnt have time to use the brakes. If you look closely in the video, right before the car hit me you can see that i was trying to move to the left, but when your legs are broken you walk to slow. I thought he was going to stop, he thought i was going to get out of the way. And yes, i do know i your health gets restored when you get vdm'ed. And also, if I wanted to break a rule (not that i would) I wouldnt have done it right after an admin deleted my heli as the admin is probably spectating me.

 
I see there is little you could of done, I will unban you for this.

I'm sure I don't need to ask you if you are going to follow the rules because if this was deliberate and you are lying, you won't be coming back. Ever.
