In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
Alex jackson and DR james were talking to ryan in our lobby about ryan respawning in restraints (which they came to the conclusion that ryan was not in the wrong) so they dragged him into the spacer for our channel and told him they were sorry and had come to that conclusion james then left but alex stayed, alex came into our lobby where ryan was and linked ryan two of his reports that got him banned a very long time ago to which i said "why are you even bringing that up this has been resolved return to your channel and keep roleplaying" when i said this he just kept repeating "you're on your last warning" to ryan (childish and unproffesional, an admin shouldnt be doing that) he then said to me " i didnt ask you to be here" i said "you're in the sos lobby mate if you want to talk to him alone go to staff help" which he did, somebody in the channel then said something to me about alex jackson i dont remember what they said but i replied with "idc that guy's a cunt" (i was slightly pissed off) somebody in the channel messaged alex and told him i had said that alex jumped down and said "Chronic do you want to say that to my face" (at this point i was fuming) so i just said "yeah your a cunt

Why should we unban you ?
i know that i shouldn't have started slagging him off behind his back but i also feel the way he handled the situation was extremely childish and unproffesional now im not trying to blame him im aware i committed a bannable offence and i obviously wouldn't have done it had i not been pissed off next time i will approach the situation with a clear head and if i felt the admin wasnt dealing with the situation properly i should of called james back to the situation and let him know that alex was continuing with the situation after it had been resolved

Okay so why did you feel the need to jump into the lobby in the first place. You seemed like you were aware of what as going on so why did you and your gang jump into the channel and begin trying to disrupt the liaison process to which you had no involvement? I'm also questioning if this is a common thing that several members of your gang come in to disrupt any resolutions in your lobby, something I will be watching from now on.

at first i didn't know it was a resolving issue so jumped in just to check it out as i was allowed to do so seeing as it is the sos lobby

when i jumped in i heard something which caused me to question why they were resolving, at this point i should have left but alex was accusing ryan elliot of fail rp for holding f whilst down so at that point i thought wait that definately isnt fail rp and got myself caught up in the mess (and yes ik i shouldn't) but yea if i was to be unbanned i would not stay if i knew they were resolving as i realise i wasn't involved and shouldn't have got myself involved

edit: (Also i didn't arrange anything with other gang members to jn i just said "ima go see what's happening in the lobby" and they followed me)

ik and i would like to apologise to alex personally for what i did it was pathetic and i wouldn't have done it had i had a clear head at the time i hope you dont decide to deny me but i understand if you do

Edit: i would also like to point out this is my first ban in 2 years of being here so im obviously not here to cause trouble or get frags im here to roleplay and have fun which i can't get anywhere else so yea abut it is still your decision and ban me if you feel i deserve it

I took a read at this appeal, something I picked up on is that you call me childish and unprofessional, yet all I wished to do was contact Ryan and speak to him regarding the recent interaction, why I had an issue with it and what could be done better in future, I even had James_W give his thoughts and in the end all 3 of us (James, Ryan and I) all agreed it was quite poor and could have been better. I had no intentions of talking to you yet you seemed intrigued to know exactly what was going on and give your two cents.

I wasn't rude towards you so your reaction to call me a "cunt" and a "prick" were quite unreasonable, I only asked you to leave the channel as I didn't need you there, nor did you have a need to be there yourself. I particularly asked you to leave as you were the one talking over Ryan and myself as we tried to talk about his warning. I didn't like your attitude and so asked you to leave the channel and head back up to your room, but you were very arrogant and explained it was "your channel" so you could do as you wished. 

13.2 is a fairly serious rule break and is often not forgiven, after reading your apology I understand you are sorry and I will hold you to your word that it won't happen again.

Now, I'm willing to give you a chance to redeem yourself and resume playing here, but that's not my call and will be left up to the kind level 4 who deals with this. I hope that this was a one off and won't happen again.

Definitely not as i did that day if i feel im getting angry at a situation i will step back and not just start swearing at people or use any other form of insult, i'm exteremly greatful for @Alex Jackson doing that as he didn't have to, and if i felt the situation was not being handled properly (which i now realise it was and i was just being a cocky twat) i wouldn't just start attacking the admin for doing his job so yea overall im going to be a calmer less idiotic Chronic. @CC Aiden
