In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
It was a year ago and therefore I don´t remember every detail of the situation, so to be more precise in the description of the events, as I made an unban request that time, I´m just going to quote it. "I was in Agios with a friend of mine and his idea was to get in a pursuit with the police. At that time I already had to go (leave the game), so I decided that I would stay 5 more minutes to help him get the police triggered in order to make the pursuit funnier. I was in my Hummingbird and I decided to hover a little above the cops in front of the Diamond shop. At that time my friend was in a hatchback sport and we both approached the cop´s location. I started hovering like 1m above the ground and speaking to the cops that were on sight. Other than hovering and speaking to the police from the helicopter I didn't do anything, I mean, I didn't kill or damage anyone or anything as far as I know (I didn't see anyone falling on the ground because of VDM) and there was absolutely no intention of harming anyone or anything." In fact, I was just messing around, in other words, trolling.

Why should we unban you ?
I was, in fact, as I said, trolling. Now that his year has passed, I am older and I understand that I should not have done that. Basically, I was just being stupid and having fun by destroying the fun others were having instead of having fun together with them. I have now understood that there is no valid reason to have these attitudes, and I don´t intend to repeat them.

I hope you understand now that destroying fun for others is actually pathetic. 
Now i want you to do Some explanation. 

  • Find me the rules you broke, And explain these in your own words.
  • Tell me what you have learned from this, And what you future goals are on this server. 
 
"(2.7) Trolling - The following examples are considered trolling however there are multiple others so we advise common sense. Running around the police/medics/anyone, throwing yourself in front of vehicles, playing music in any chat or on teamspeak, bombarding the messaging system, buying multiple vehicles to block spawn areas or using them to blow things up, jumping off buildings without RP,spamming the vote admin or vote kick system, talking/playing music in the lobby screen, playing soundboards/voice changers ingame and open TS channels (Punishment is a ban, or permanent ban depending on the severity)."

This rule basically states that I shouldn´t do what I did. I shouldn´t harrass others and shouldn´t destroy their roleplay, also because what I did would never happen in real life. I shouldn´t be there baiting others just to piss them off, since that is just destroying the good time they are having.

"(2.1) Vehicle Deathmatch (also known as VDM) - Using any vehicle as a weapon (e.g running people over, causing explosions including while sling loading, ramming, etc), will result in you receiving a ban. Three vehicles are excluded from this, MRAPS (Ifrits, Hunters and Striders) can ram other MRAPS in order to disable them, yet not to kill the passengers. This is allowed as these vehicles are the only vehicles ingame that can withstand being rammed. Please note that you need to initiate roleplay before attempting to ram an MRAP. (Please note - MRAPS don't need to be initiated on in the redzone) This is to prevent random ramming on site. (Three minutes of chasing also constitutes initiation of MRAP and MRAP ramming)."

This rule states that a vehicle can never be used in the place of a weapon. I didn´t do it intentionally, but possibly I harmed some officer with the helicopter, but, as I said, it wasn´t on purpose.

With this ban I learned that I shouldn´t destroy other´s fun so that I can have mine, because there are many ways to have fun together with others and it makes no sense. In the future I plan to return to my normal life in this community as I used to have before this situation happened. I plan to gather some friends and do something together, meet other people and establish bonds with them.

 
What have you learned from this situation? And how will you prevent this will happen again? 

 
Immediately after I understood that I had been banned I got to the conclusion that what I did had no logical explanation, therefore it should not be repeated. I honestly think that all the prevention has been done, since I understood that this should not be done and, most importantly, WHY it should not be done. 

 
In that case, my endgoal would definitely be to have fun along with everybody else in the community. Be it by being a cop, a medic, a simple civ or a criminal. I would always look forward to roleplay as much as I can and amuse myself and the ones around me as well I as I can.

 
You should've known better with 250 hours on the server though I'm going to give you a second chance. Prove to us that you have improved since your ban.
