In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: I was messing about lock picking a car letting it get to 10% and then stooping and repeating the proses.  
Please copy and paste the rule you think you broke: 6E) You are unable to steal vehicles in a green or blue zone
Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: I think I should get another chance because I didn't read the rules fully and didn't no that I would get ban for it robbing a car in a green zone but I have fully read the rules now and I will not do such a thing again.
