Admin that banned you (Check ban message when you connect to the servers): not applicable
In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: I was banned because i RDM'ed someone in kavala, and i broke nlr to save my truck in a seperate occasion

Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban)







A new life means that your character has lost all previous memories. It still is the character you play, i.e. it is still part of the rebels or cops and it still knows all his friends. Your character just forgets the events and information leading up to their death.
Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: I was very new to Altis life at the time these events took place, i have played on a different server with simmilar rules for months now and i am confident i can play on this server again, without breaking any rules.

Because i think i have changed, i would never do such things again, and i could become a dedicated member of this community, i know the rules very well and i am a good guy who wants to play on this server and make friends. I guess i probably don't deserve a second chance, but if there will be one i promise you that i will make good use of it and NEVER break the rules again.

Anyone can say they know the rules and will never do it again. Since your offence includes RDM, there will be two conditions IF you will be unbanned.

1) You will not use, own, pick up or fire a gun for 30 days, including legal firearms. We need people to understand RP go further than gunplay and robbery so prove that you can.

2) Answer this:
If you are all on your own at the drug dealer and suddenly you get attacked and told to surrender. After you did and you got restrained, your friend joins your TS channel and asks what you're doing or if you need help. What do you do?

If you agree to 1 and answer 2 to my statisfaction you will get a FINAL chance on our server.

I agree to 1.

I would not tell him anything about what is going on, or ask him for help. sincei would have no way of contacting him ibecausei am restrained. If i were to ask him for help in this situation i would be breaking rule 3H

If you have been restrained or Ziptied you are no longer able to use any communication to contact your friends or gang members, This includes: group chat/teamspeak/skype or any other way of communication.

Be aware tho that if we spot you with a gun in those 30 days the ban will be reinstated and there will be no coming back from this. Your answer to my question shows you know our rules and where to find them, make sure to play within their limits and enjoy your time out there.
