In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned a while ago for leaving the game during an arrest and being part of a Random Death Match.

Why should we unban you ?
It's been over 7-8 months and its getting pretty old, i'm not even going to try to suck up to you as its not even necessary, you should un ban me because i am aware of what i have done and they won't be repeated.

Rules broken:

Rule - 2.1 VDM

Rule - 6.1.4 Lockpicking/stealing vehicle in greenzone

Rule - 1.2 Discrimination..?

Rule - 2.2 RDM

Rule - 10 Advertising (during last appeal..)

Rule - 2.1 VDM | Vehicle Deathmatch is to use any vehicle as a weapon, which would include running players over, causing explosions, or ramming other vehicles, the only exceptions are the MRAP vehicles, but they can only ram other MRAP vehicles only to disable them, not kill passengers.Rule - 6.1.4 Lockpicking/stealing vehicle in greenzone | This is when you lockpick or steal any vehicle in the safezone/greenzone.Rule - 1.2 Discrimination | RacismRule - 2.2 RDM | When you kill any player without a valid RP reason, they must be given a chance to react in a decent scenario/situation.Rule - 10 Advertising | Promoting/recommending other services, servers, discords, teamspeaks, servers. Pretty self explanatory.

Talk me through it, what were you and your friend thinking? 

 
Well to tell you exactly what we were thinking would be impossible since it was such a long time ago. But i can tell you is i saw 2 idiot bloaks (us) breaking a lot of rules. I don't know why we did that, i do know we played a lot, and probably had a few good laughs during that whole rule breaking scenario because we were tired of the game.

Getting tired of something does not make it a good excuse and we should have just played something else, but we continued the bigotry and got our selves banned for almost a year, which was not worth it in the long run.

I can assure you though that we never did something like mass RDM or straight out cheating/hacking, i believe those offenses are far worse in any given scenario, as it affects far more people.

John Kempel will be doing his appeal soon, and no he isn't gonna copy paste my appeal lol.

How can we, as a staff team, be sure that you and your friend won't just get bored again and relapse to the same behavior if you were to get unbanned?

 
You can be sure because for one thing i am taking the time to even make this many appeals over such a long period, but the most important thing is the fact that the point of a ban is to make someone learn their lesson, and think back to what will happen if they make the same mistakes.

Sort of like Prison, same concept. People go to prison to think about what they did and learn from it. 

If we do get bored, we will log off for the time being. Trust me when i say, i do not want to be doing this again.

This ban is our reminder.

P.S. If you can, can you also unban "John Kempel" as we are both learning from this appeal, and we have discussed these responses i give to make it as good as they can be. If fact we are on Discord as i type this response.

 
He will need to make his own appeal that will be dealt with in that process.

Just wondering if you wish to clarify what you meant by this statement?

 
I mean that I am not going to try to get with your good side as that is just unprofessional, that is if you even consider this a professional place.

 
I would say you are making small talk by now every few days instead of getting to the point of deciding whether or not to accept my appeal.. This server is a stable welcoming place but not professional, you are not a company.
