Hello, I've just been kicked from the game. After checking the site I can see that is was the Wayfarer guy and the pears. Unfortunately I don't have a recording or screen shots of the messages or kill. I was in the red zone, he did fire on sight 'so he wasn't doing anything wrong' but as you can see from the team speak message, he didn't sent it or ask me to enter team speak...he just kept messaging me and I told him ''I don't speak to strangers''

The reason I messaged him after my death, was because I was met in town AFTER my death by some of his 'clan' friends and taunted in direct coms for having been killed and my stuff taken.

Normally I wouldn't act this way, and I'm good friends with most people in town. They pushed me into this and they're only showing you what they want you to see.

If you want anyone to vouch for my personality, ask Mason, Stoneman or Crazy Joe....If I am banned, than so be it. But over this? and because I called him a Puss Lord?!

They were in the wrong just as much as me.

Why should we unban you ?
I broke RP rules, I understand this now but I wasn't sure of the rule beforehand.
I did 'name call' but given the language used in altis by most players, 'puss lord' is very light.
I am sorry for this, but I was pushed into losing my temper.
I've never been warned for anything before, and I hope you'll give me another chance.

(1.3) Swearing at someone outside of roleplay is not tolerated and will be punished by a ban. I messaged Wayfarer outside of roleplay once the situation had become part of the New Life Rule. I shouldn't have sent it but after being taunted by his clan mates in town after the incident had taken place I got quite wound up by it and broke this rule by messaging him calling him a 'Puss Lord'.

(5.1) A new life starts, when: Your character has been killed by a cop. Your character has died in a RP situation. Your character has been involved in an accident. My character had been killed by the person in question, so I should have forgotten all previous events leading up to my death. I did not as I messaged the person after I had been killed hence my ban.

I won't do it again and I've read the rules a couple more times.

 
Next time, I will stop and think about my actions and not act so impulsively. It was an impulse action which will definitely not happen if this situation were to occur again.
