In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: I really dont know why i was banned what i did doesnt break any of the rules in the rule book
Please copy and paste the rule you think you broke: 2D) Using known exploits such as looting dead bodies, any duplication of items, duplication of money, using the Anti-VDM script to regain full health, landing on the roof of drug processors, working with Bounty hunters to exploit money from the wanted system, using the ‘Flip Vehicle’ feature outside normal usage (Punishment is a permanent ban without appeal)
Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: Well what i did doesnt break any rules whatsoever in the rule book. Closest thing i can find is the rule up put above. The server has this excessive time thing on restraints. And after a certain amount of time they fall off. Well they had fallen off after the whatever amount of time and i went ahead and continued the gunfight in which is still active because shots are still being exchanged between my gang member and the police. Look i really love playing on this server, ive met a lot of new people in which i play with a lot. Ive spent a good 400 hours plus only in like 3 weeks or so. Also being American doesnt help because of the high ping and the weird sleep schedule. Please give me this final chance.

I banned you because you were restrained, there was atleast 3 officers right next to you, restraints come off and you just kill them. This is not how to use the excessive restraint timer, as in real life cuffs dont just fall off. That should only be used if you are left alone with no cops around you. What you did is clearly exploiting the system.

But this is not intentional to exploit the system. This is just me thinking fast. Like oh hey my cuffs are off, ima get back into the active firefight. Look im not here to break rules or crap. This is just one mishap that happened in which it was not intentional. I abide by the rules and there's nothing in the rule book saying that i cant go back into the fight after the excessive restraintment time.  

I can also use the excessive time script to say that i wiggled out of the cuffs our that i broke free of them. Pretty much any way to RP out of it.

In all honesty in real life there would be many ways one could get out of handcuffs just on his own, Therefor the excessive restrain timer could be RP'ed in many ways, Couldn't it? Well, just my opinion...

It was only 2 officers and how am i in the wrong for doing this. My cuffs came off in an active firefight in which i shot the cops. This server script for excessive time can be rp'd and many ways. For example in real life a guy handcuffed can wiggle his way out if his wrists are small, or others might lockpick themselves out with a bobby pin they have in their back pocket. These are real life scenarios in the real world.  

I think i was wrongfully banned and i should have a final chance. I broke 0 rules in the rule book. Also btw the 2 cops i killed where not right next to me, i was fully unsupervised as in no cops where watching me whenever i was unrestrained.
