i think i were banned because i killed someone at the cocain processor, i cant remember all the details as this was 2years ago. i think i got reported on the forums, cant really remember. 

Why should we unban you ?
i think i should be unbanned as this was 2 years ago, ive grown up and think i will be able to roleplay alot better. all my friends has started playing RPUK, and i feel like it would be alot of fun playing again. RPUK was very entertaining when i played 2years ago, but i didnt really know the rules or how to initiate in a situation. i've read over the rules twice, and i feel ready to get back into roleplaying.

When is it okay to shoot someone?

 
[SIZE=medium](2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).[/SIZE]

If someone comes up to you and says "put your hands up or i will use lethal force" they've threatened your life this means that you are allowed to shoot to kill.

And if was going to rob someone and i had to initiate i would say "you've been surrounded i got bois in the area, please but your hand up, dont try to run. If you do so, we will have to use lethal force. If this person starts running to cover and unholstering his weapon you would be allowed to shoot to kill. Ofc give him enough time to apply with your orders, and make sure he can hear you properly. This is what i would consider high quality roleplay, and a good initiation.
