In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
It all started when Me, LiamR, Ash and another guy we met in game that I cannot remember the name of, decided to do a weed-run to stock up on some money since we were slowly all running out of money. As we approached Syrta, Ash desynced and exploded in his vehicle. Whilst waiting for medics, Members of the AAF and AMW clan decided to rob the nice guy we met just in beforehand of the run in Kavalla. As they robbed him, stripped him of his clothes and drove off with our vehicle we decided to open fire. The shots missed and they then took positions in a military tower overlooking our positions. As we were flanking around shots were fired at our friend trying to get into their heli they had left sitting next to him (and we returned shots into the broad direction of the enemy as well). There was a pause of fire for a few minutes since we were sneaking up on the enemy and preparing to get our vehicle back that we thought was still in their possession. The guy Who was initially robbed asked if he should drive by to look at their positions. We approved and said that he shouldn't repeat the drive by though since he may die or it might be misjudged as baiting or trolling (since all his gear was stolen off him previously). After they decided to shoot at him, some of them flew off. Me and LiamR opened fire killing 3 of their players in the helicopter. Then LiamR was restrained by an Admin and I was killed by one of AAF's members in the firefight to then later be restrained. And then we got banned after short negotiations.
Why should we unban you ?
After Being restrained, we had a nice conversation with 3 admins/support members explaining our side of the story. It turns out they were observing the fight after the robbery on our friend and didn't understand the full context of the story. We then tried to explain that the 'Baiting' was a result of bad internal communication between LiamR me and the other guy. As we tried to explain this and asked if we could try to resolve this in teamspeak with the groups involved we got banned.
Now I am not mad. I know what happened isdefinitelyy not correct. I understand the grief and anger that the other groups may have felt during that point in time, but that is why i wanted to discuss it with them first and see their point of view to maybe realise exactly where the asymmetric information between the 3 sides had occurred. I also want to apologize for me not fully explaining to our friend who was new to the server what to do and what not to do in that exact situation and I highly regret that. This situation does not represent the person I really am. I enjoy funny and in depth roleplay and recognize this as a crucial factor of fun for the RPUK community, this is why I used to be in the NHS and in British Airways.
I hope that one can forgive the chaotic situation that was created by horrible miscommunication and I wish to resolve this with both the Admins and groups involved in the incident.
