I was banned for roleplaying as someone buying snickers bars on a 2-4-1 offer at the fuel station. Ban reason is Trolling and poor RP.
 

Why should we unban you ?
The report against me had been retired before action was taken on the report, and Joe and myself were talking on TS at the time it was actioned. I was not approached before the report was put up. I was also not given a chance to give my point of view in the report, it was actioned in 20 minutes.

Multiple people will be able to attest to my roleplay ability. Roleplay is very subjective and I broke no rules in that video. I did not troll, apart from one comment "It's my radio antenna", when instead of trying to roleplay with me, one of the officers went directly for my illegal firearm.

Once the fuel station had finished getting robbed, I made my way to leave and took no part in what happened after the 1:30 mark. I did not take part in any of the trolling, I did not steal or spike any vehicles, I sat in the car and waited for restart.

Having said that, I am aware that people have noticed that my level of roleplay has dropped recently, and would like to apologise to anyone affected. Should I get unbanned, I will make efforts to correct this, back to when I was well known for being a friendly, good roleplayer.

Fact is the cops were trying to roleplay with you, and it appeared they were gonna believe the whole body guard story, but you and the unknown player decided to run away. I have noticed your roleplay has dropped recently and when you denied the cops roleplay I felt you should be held accountable. Even then there was the part where you ran around whistling with the officers. Not to mention the majority of the gang in my opinion did nothing but troll these officers.

I did not whistle with any officers to my knowledge. I also returned to the fuel station and asked if they wanted snickers bars. The officer said no and ran to his car, got in and drove away. In my opinion my attempts to roleplay were not bad, and tried to continue roleplay. The officer is the one who then decided to cut it off after I returned, in addition to the officers typing OOC // nice roleplay guys. 

You can hear the officers themselves in the video saying how they don't want to RP, so I don't understand your point of view of denying the cops roleplay, you can hear it themselves they did not want any. 

I appreciate other people in the report may have been trolling and acting like idiots, but I feel I should be held accountable for my actions, and not anyone elses.

I said "okay thanks, bye see you later". Having rewatched the video however I see the point you're making. They did indeed try initially to buy into the security guard story. 

Roleplay is a two way street, and I spent time outside by the car, instead of saying to eachother on TS "that is shit roleplay", they could have called us back, asked us to repair windows, or anything. I would have stayed. As I have mentioned I did return and try to roleplay further however they were not willing to and I respected that and left. 

Within roleplay I was offended at being told I was not a very good bodyguard, having had the windows broken. 

Do you really believe my actions in this incident especially given the circumstances were bannable?

Capt, you are known for having very high role playing abilities, and on this occasion perhaps you have let yourself down a bit. 

If unbanned, are you going to return to your quality role playing ways that people know you for? 

If so, please tell me how you think this situation could have gone a bit better and made fun for all people involved

Yes I will.

This situation would have turned out differently had I recognised their initial willingness to roleplay, and further developed the security guard story instead of running away and denying roleplay to the officers.
