i was banned by fair rights, i did rdm,break rp in voice & low rp.. not what i wanted to do bur was to fast for the shooting and had misunderstanded the rules under a robbery of fakeboob.

Why should we unban you ?
you guys should unban me bacause i have now readed all the rules again and understud them 100% i even translated the whole rule list just to be sure to understand them, im now ready to join the server again but with better cards this time. i got told that i should read the rules and reflect over what i did, and i completly have, i see my mistakes, and wont happen again. i really want to play on this server as its my favorite thing to do in my freetime but just now with more brain.. hope you guys will let me in and prove i've learned about my mistakes.

yes i did read them sir. but in the situation i didnt think, i've should have reflected more over the rules back there. and i know all the rules now and how i should start a high quality roleplay situation even when im stressed

(2.2) RDM (shot him without any high quality of roleplay) menas that i didnt give fakeboob enough time to respond to my robbery before i shot him + i didnt make any kind of high quality of RP, by saying ''hands up or die'' is considered as low rp.

 (3.1) Breaking RP in Voice (under discuss) means that i need to be in the roleplay no matter what and if i need to say something i need to leave a note in direct channel by placing ''//''

i hope this explaniasion is good enough  may not respond that quickly rn, its late here and i have work 3 am

Now in a perfect world, how would you do it different ?
Put some thought into it and explain to us how you would do it properly.

i would make sure there is time enough for the roleplay by NOT robbing ppl that are about to take off or anything, i would start a dialog with them and after enough time i would tell them that i want their truck etc. and then tell them to place the hands behind their head and then check if any guns on them, if, i woulf unarm them and reach for the keys and take off and tell them that they can take the hands down when they cant see me.
