In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned for 'Combat logging', This will be confusing to explain and i'm not sure if you will understand but, I live in scotland out in the country side so my internet can be really bad if more than one person is connected to it at a time.
So, on my side of the screen while this was happening, i remember I was in kavala, running to garage and having very bad connection issues as my brother was downloading and he wasn't supposed to be on the internet at that time. So everyone ingame was staying still, i could hear some voices and vehicles were just flying around on my side, I asked my brother to come off but he never so i had to log out and just before i did it said i was ziptied, which i have no clue how that occured and on my side none of this was occuring.

Why should we unban you ?
I beleive i should be unbanned as this was not necessarily all my fault. I only bought arma to play on this server and i have over 170 hours on it and i have never broken any other rules, if you know who was taking me hostage or whatever they were doing at the time I would be willing to fully comp/ give them money to cover what they would have gotten from me. Thanks you for reading this and i hope you understand, won't happen again i promise.

Here's the story:

A UNMC soldier stops to assist a medic reviving a rebel. The medic is done and the soldier wants to leave. You pop up in front of the vehicle shouting get out of the car or die and proceed to shoot in about 1 second after issuing compliance. You then run off. The UNMC soldier had backup coming in, who waited for the medic to revive the soldier. You were then followed, all the way into the greenzone by a helicopter with a light shining down on you. You proceed to run into the Greenzone and store your vehicle. The soldiers made a judgement error of taking you hostage in the greenzone, since they followed you all the way there. They have been sufficiently warned this is never acceptable and should not happen again. You however, after being restrained proceed to just log out. Disconnect. That is a combatlog.

You also lie in your appeal putting it down to a bad connection, did not seem like that from spectating it. Wanna try to tell your actual side of the story, instead of the story you think we wanna hear because you think that gets you unbanned fastest?

I am being 100% honest in saying this, after reading what you wrote, I am really unsure about what situation this is, i don't recall doing this, atleast not on purpose, i would hate for you to think i am genuinely lying to get unbanned faster but honest to god on my screen I never seen anything going on and was lagging like crazy, like i said though, I can comp them but theres no other way of me telling you about the situation as I don't know what happened, sorry man.

From watching the video of this situation, it doesn't match up with what you say.

You say that you froze and then disconnect, however the video shows you clearly walking around, right until the moment when you are restrained. How convenient. I also believe that you can't simply disconnect when restrained unless I am mistaken.

It is also your responsibility to have a good enough connection to play on the server.

Now, if you look back at my unban history you will find out I am more than willing to accept a reasonable explanation for combatlogging. If you instantly try to come to TS and explain what happened, that it was due to your bad connection, you could have counted on leniency and us believing you, simply because you came straight to us and told us.

However, your story does not fit the video evidence, neither does it fit what I had seen from spectating the situation. There is no way this happened due to a bad connection. You did not try to resolve this straight up by coming to teamspeak and saying; I think it may have looked like I just combatlogged BUT...

Therefore, in accordance with the following rule, and for not taking the only chance that would have gotten you out of the situation;
