In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
There was a hacker on the server about a week ago. The day after the hacker attacked the server there was a server rollback which took the server a week or two back in time. I lost a tremendous amount of progress because of this rollback. I was told to fill In a compensation request to get my things back, so I did to the best of my ability and sent a video as proof of some of the lost items. Days past while I kept on talking to staff members on teamspeak and on the forums to figure this out. Eventually my friend got refunded but I didn't yet so I tried to talk to more staff members. Rekkemmo took a look at my request and told me only 5m could get refunded, I didn't agree with this and kept on trying to prove this. Ciaran (who looked at my request earlier) told me later that day that the remaining amount would be refunded aswell. Ofcourse I was very happy about this statement and finally felt like this whole thing ment something and my time was taken seriously. Right after Ciaran said this though Rekkemmo told him to stop the refund and banned me for lying.
I've tried to contact both staff members to figure out why they thought I was lying. Without giving me any chance to have a civilized conversation with them they just banned me and I was told to stop messaging rekkemmo about this issue!
Why should we unban you ?
To be honest I don't really care anymore about being unbanned. You guys claim to be the biggest roleplaying community but sure don't act the part...
I've been on this server since 2016 and always told people good things about the community but I guess that has come to an end. The way you treat people (Rekkemmo in particular) is very disrespectful.
The time i've spent on filling those trucks with diamonds and processing them is about 10 hours and you guys treat me like a liar, and don't even give me the chance to talk back on the matter.
I would expect way more from staff members of such a large community and feel ashamed to say that I have spent hundreds of hours on this server.
