Do you understand how  important it is to be able to speak on a roleplay server? 
Also can you explain why you logged out while in restraints?

I logged out when I was in restraints because I was new to arma RP and I have learnt what to do and not do now she also kept asking me to speak when I couldn't but I have a mic now

Yeah it got confirmed by a member of staff you have a working mic. 
So i dont see any reason to keep you banned.
