In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
Well I believe the main reason I was banned was because I was helping someone ban-evade. The person I was helping ban evade has been my friend all my life and he was previously banned for being in a gang that were very toxic towards this community back in 2015. He tried to appeal the perma ban but had no luck doing it so he ban evaded and I was part of that process by not telling anyone which I should've.

Why should we unban you ?
I believe I should be unbanned as I have played on this community for nearly two years now and it's really hard to let go of playing here and having a great experience with most people on this server. I want to continue playing on here as there is no other server like this as you are probably aware of.

For the time period I have been banned I have tried other roleplay servers but none of them are on the same quality as this one. The active staff team and the strict set of rules on this community make sure nobody can disturb anyone's experience on this server which I am happy about. I would love to come back and focus on police or UNMC, most likely police. If a successful unban and blacklist appeal is granted I would love to stay in police for a long time and really work hard for a high rank.

Overall I just want to say I'm sorry for my actions and can make sure nothing of the sort will ever happen again, and if it does which is very unlikely, I'll never show face on RPUK grounds again.

Alright so I know exactly what you're on about..

went into the support room and seen some people I knew in there (Enzrah and Jordan) so I went in to see why they were there 

then replied with going to troll some staff  and asked my why I was not doing the same because basically all of TBM were 1.6'd, so they went to get themselves banned.

The only reason I stayed in that room was because there was another dude in there that actually needed help with something and I actually answered his question, as @Smith will hopefully remember that the other guys question was already answered, by myself.

if I really wanted to be a dick to staff and troll I would've done it in front of the influence of my friends. But I was one of the smarter ones and knew what it was like to be banned before, so I didn't.

Again I will refer back to my old friends at this point, they also trolled the forums and when realised half of this group of people were 1.6'd they went on the game server and RDM'd etc.

If I was really one of these 'trouble makers' why didn't I follow in the footsteps of the other guys? And why would I bother putting in an unban appeal? I just really want to be back on the server.

The problem from my perspective is that you actively deceived a number of staff. This wasn't just about "not telling" us, this was about orchestrating a situation in which he was messaging his "friend" (who didn't exist) on facebook and relaying information between him and the (supposedly separate and banned friend) in order to add credibility to his story. We had logs from the first week that he started evading that proved you were lying and we absolutely grilled you for a few days and at no point did you do anything other than continue the lie. It's comedic to me that you stuck your neck so far out for your friend and he immediately threw you under the bus when he got angry about something petty and then you are suddenly terribly sorry about it.

The trolling on TS thing would need looking into since I haven't got the video handy anymore (it got struck off of youtube because of the ToS violations involved and someone would have to dig up a copy). Personally I don't buy it since 1) you've proved yourself a liar already, and 2) I roughly remember only 3 people in that room with Smith. 2 of them began shouting racial expletives until they were banned and you were perfectly fine to hang around while it happened. I think you just wanted to spectate and you've not shown yourself credible enough for me to think otherwise.

I'd suggest you get to convincing John why he should trust you and hope that when we dig the evidence up, it doesn't show anything other than what you describe.

I'm hoping that the staff member that banned the two that were shouting racial slurs can remember that there was four of us in the room. One of them was new to the server asking about initiation and stuff like that, how to do it properly etc. If @Smith remembers he can back me up on the other guy stating that the guys question has already been answered (by me)

I know if there was an unban to be processed it would be a risky move from the staff team but i can 100 percent assure you that there will be no slip ups whatsoever again, as i said in the first topic if i was to do something stupid again you can fully remove me from the community and i will never return, but that wont happen.

I am hoping that the staff team can see how much i want to be unbanned and to play back on the server again as hopefully a police officer, i am happy to take any sort of agreement where i have to stay there for a certain amount of time if you feel as if that is the right decision to make.

I just want to apologise to you anyway @TomTheDoge for lying to you about my friend and not replying when you were asking my questions about him, i am really annoyed at myself for getting into this mess. I really do hope you understand how sorry i am for letting myself and you down.

I can promise you unbanning me will not be a decision you regret, i feel as if i can bring a high standard of roleplay to the server at all times. Thank you.

I have absolutely zero memory of the situation, I can only assume this was some while back, unfortunately I won't be able to remember every single foul incident that happens on TS ( as we have to deal with a lot of them).

I understand that the staff team have a hard job with trolls coming into the server and doing what they do best, and I appreciate the work you guys put it to make the community fun for everyone to enjoy.

i guess I will have to rely on if the staff member that is making the final decision to trust that I will not let anyone down.

You lied to staff, you helped your friend ban evade. If you came clean straight way to our staff instead of building upon your original lie then you would of had a "chance" for me to unban you.

I hate it when people lie, it seems to me you only came clean when you knew you were in complete shit. You may come back, you may be an asset to our community but today is not the day for that to happen, due to the web of lies you told. Come back and appeal in six months if you still are willing to play then, we may consider your appeal.
