In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned for killing a single player on spawn island.

Why should we unban you ?
honestly it was a stupid mistake as i had a black screen and shot a couple of bullets, not knowing that it would kill anyone/ that it was even possible. however i have learned from my mistake and i regret it greatly so i believe i have learned my lesson and will work hard to not make stupid mistakes like that again, also i will make sure not to break any rules. i have also spent more time reading through the rules therefore are more likely to make no mistakes again. since the ban was over a year ago i wish for your team to realise i have been punished very severely and i have learnt the extreme but fair punishments that come with rule breaking and stupidity.

"(2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban)."

RDM is shooting without any initiation therefore breaking role play, this is giving no option to comply or enjoy the roleplay. This could include shooting from the hills on people passing by without any form of roleplay. Another form of RDM is giving someone a countdown to comply with your orders, again this is another form of RDM as you don't give them enough time to comply. However this rule doesn't apply in red zones. RDM is a bad thing for the server as it ruins the chance for people to engage in high quality of roleplay. I regret myself that i killed the player ruining their experience and will never do this again.

(2.4) Using any exploits such as looting dead bodies, duplication of items or money, abusing the Bounty hunter system to exploit money from the wanted system, using the ‘Flip Vehicle’ feature outside of its intended purpose, transferring / processing items through walls and windows,and locking doors that have been broken into before 10 minutes have passed, IE those that have been bolt-cut. Punishment is a permanent ban without appeal. If you discover an exploit that nobody else knows about, please reveal it to a staff member privately in order to ensure that it does not be abused in the future.

Using glitches like stealing items from dead bodies or cheating by replicating items or glitching in money. also the bounty hunter system from the police warrant system or flipping cars and trucks for other reasons that are not to put a vehicle the right way round. Furthermore using ingame features that allow you game breaking advantages when processing and lock picking etc ruin the game completely for themselves and other players. those who break the game this way are at fault and therefore bring down the overall experience for other players. I feel I broke the exploiting rule as I killed someone on a place on the server where the are unable to move, again ruining their role play experience.
