In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I got banned because i did a poor initiation and then i shot 2 police officers. My initiation was HANDS UP, HANDS UP, HANDS UP wich is very poor.

Why should we unban you ?
This situation was very tricky to me. Me and my friend was making uranium and these cops came from nowhere. Me and my friend got our weapons and pointed at the police car and i was gonna say" Dont get out of the vechile or we will shoot you" but i only got the chance to say dont get out of the vechile, and then the cops were all over the place. So i panicked and said HANDS UP HANDS UP HANDS UP and then we shot them. Im pretty sure this situation could have ended in many other and better ways, but this had never happened to me before, usually when me and my friend get cop encounters we point our weapons at their car and they drive off, or jumps out and start roleplay. So i was not used to this wierd situation when the cops were rushing out of the car and started running everywhere. I got very mad at the time, but i have calmed down. I have learned from this situation that some roleplay scenarios happen very quick and that i need to think better and faster and not just shoot ranmdomly. I will admit that i was lost in this situation so i said some random stuff, all went to fast for me, but in the future i promise to not do this again, and since the situation 3 days ago i have moved on, im no longer angry or confused and i respect what the cop did when he came back and scrapped my heli! So im very sorry and i swear this will not happen again! /Russel aka Calacao also i cant remember what server it was i think it was 2

You state you got mad. Can you explain what you got mad at?  You were at an illegal site doing illegal activities, and the police who frequently patrol these known areas, who's job it is to prevent illegal activities caught you in the act.   I notice also that you have a previous ban for RDM.

Could it be that you simply don't like losing?

The reason i got mad was because i thought the police officer broke the NLR rule and came back and scrapped my hellcat, which i had been grinding hard for. But when i calmed down i realised that the officer did exactly what he was supposed to, he came back since i had RDMed him and scrapped my heli. So i misunderstood the situation.

I try very hard focusing on my roleplay, i know your supposed to value your life over everything else so its very stupid to get upset over a helicopter...

My past RDM was my first week on the server and i was my first time EVER playing roleplay so basically the lack of experience and not reading the rules lead to that banned.

Moving on i MUST improve my roleplay in tense situations, and i will be working very hard to remain calm and not just spit random words out of my mouth when it comes to initiations.

Could it be that you simply don't like losing? :No i dont like losing But i know that its not about winning or losing , the important thing is to roleplay as good as possible.

(7.1.3) Killing someone must be carried out with high quality roleplay, “put your hands up or I will shoot” etc is considered low quality RP and may lead to a ban for RDM/Fail RP. Executing another player must also be carried out with high quality roleplay, the only exception to this rule is if both you and the victim are engaged in a gunfight together.

The rule exists because if it was not in place it would eliminate alot of roleplay scenarios that could happen. Due to this rule the rp quality increases tremendously and eliminates the chances of getting killed without any sort of low/none roleplay scenarios. The server would basically turn into a deathmatch without  it. The rule also gives the player being threatened a chance to respond and act on it.

Now if i were to be unbanned i will keep my calm in high tense situations. I have now understood that every situation does not have to end with someone dying, and that roleplay is the most important thing in the server. I usually bring fun and exiting roleplay, and i will continue doing that and even improve it. I will continue trying to interact and do my best to help the new players looking for help when they are new to the server. I will try to make the experience fun for everyone in robbing situations and so on. Im also looking to join the police if im unbanned and improve my knowledge and experience even more.  I will roleplay more calmly and better in tense situations so situations like these wont happen again!

As you've found out to your cost, this is a community based on strict rules. Disregarding them has consequences, and once banned, that ban stays on your record permanently. When deciding on whether someone deserves another chance, we look to see what previous bans or warnings they may have and we take this heavily into consideration. This is now your second ban! In other words, if you find yourself back here putting in an unban appeal in the future you'll find it much harder to get unbanned and may possibly be permanently banned.
