Why should we unban you.
You never tried to resolve the situation and you knew that i was on team speak an available at any given time.
I'm sorry if it seemed like baiting but you shooting at us unarmed kinda annoyed me. It's not fair how you ban me without speak to me at all, Before i report someone we have to resolve it. I understand you have to deal with hobos. I never lost you at all I had you in my sights the whole time it's not my fault that you can't see us.

I'm sorry for my behaviour I didn't want to come across that I'm baiting. I hate it when people break rules and do low role-play. I will admit that the situation was shitting role play. I cared to much about the gear rather than role play. I love this server for the role play that we can get with people like the cops or green-zones. I don't want to leave this community their is so many cool people. I've met so many people they're now my friends and me being banned means I can't play with them.

I fully understand that the situation was shitty role-play, I'm not like this at all. I'm sorry for doing this and causing an inconvenience. I don't know why i cared about the gear more than. Can you please understand that I'm not a rulebreaker I know how to role-play.

I understand how bad this role-play was it won't happen again. The video where I sprayed you down is very poor role-play and it just seems like I'm searching for combat. I got carried away.

We tried to pull you over for speeding... I initially fired 1 bullet into your tire before you drove too far away... ONE BULLET. How is this a threat to your life? Why was there a need for so much combat?

@Crumble do you think there was need for the shooting?

We then began to chase you... But lost you as non of us could find you in the dark, we returned to normal patrol... You lost us. You then drove past is at speed, almost to say "HA! Look at us! Come and get us"... So ofcourse we began chase again... You then dragged us down a country lane and sprayed and entire patrol car down killing everyone inside of the vehicle???????

@ArrogantBread do you think that this was QUALITY roleplay?

For what reason? Because I initially fired 1 tracer round into your tire (I don't even know if it hit).

...if you think that this is not poor roleplay / baiting then I think that this unban appeal will REALLY help you learn the rules again...

I have treated you more fairly than I usually would... Considering before this situation you ran 3 police officers over. I could have just removed you from the server then for VDM... But with VDM + this incident here... I felt there was nothing to resolve and removed you from the game servers as a Staff member.

What would I have done if you ROLEPLAYED? I would've given you a ticket for speeding and evading the police... I wouldn't have had to search you, so you wouldn't have been caught for having firearms. No need for combat.

I understand that my action wasn't good. I should of got out and told you I was armed or something to start a negotiation. I won't be doing any of this sort of stuff. I don't know why i felt like this wasn't acceptable for a role-play community. Please can you understand that I came back to say sorry for running over 3 police officers. Please can you unban me I won't do anymore of these combat situations. You guys had no idea that we was armed so I don't know why I sprayed the car down like that. I love this server, I can roleplay so much. 

I already said that I agree that this is poor role-play. I know the rules this was just a mistake and I won't be performing any more actions like these. I'm sorry for not role-playing probably. In the future I will think twice before shooting. I can role-play to a very good standard I just don't know why I chose to be an idiot and shoot the car. What I did in the video I won't be repeating because I will learn from this mistake that I made. Can you please give me a chance to prove my self.

I fully understand what rule I broke.

(3.9) Baiting - Baiting for the sake of a gunfight is not roleplay.  (e.g Flying over someone with a chopper waiting for warning shots to instantly shoot them back)

I'm going to allow another member of Staff to continue this appeal as I was the staff member that Actioned a ban onto you... It would only be fair.

I really can't answer that question because I've never thought I would do something like that. I'm sorry for doing what I did. I know that this isn't wasteland. I will roleplay before touching a gun. I'm sorry for my actions. 

 
I think you need to stay away from guns for a while... I'm going to introduce a term to this unban.

No guns for 1 week, this includes owning/touching/picking one up. Breaking this term will see you banned again, do you accept?

No. I accept but I need to defend myself? I'm fully aware of what I did so I think I seem safe with a pistol. It's gonna be hard to play for a whole week without a weapon. 

Again I do accept the terms.

 
Not at all, you can roleplay out of anything. 

This doesn't mean not play for one week because i'll be keeping a very close eye on you.
