I drove an open truck in the GZ that wasn't mine

Why should we unban you ?
I think the ban was incredibly over-exaggerated for what actually happened. Truck was open and unoccupied on the street, nobody seemed to be the owner so I hopped in it and drove a few yards and then boom, banned. I understand it wasn't my vehicle, but it was blocking the lane. I didn't pick the locks, I had no malicious intent and I was in it for literally 15 seconds. I think it's a bit of a stretch now to say that I was "Stealing in the GZ" when I only moved an obstructing vehicle about 10 yards :/

You could have called police in to remove the truck but yet you did not. The rules are pretty clear on this subject and if you think it is over-exaggerated comes over to me as you don't agree with your ban.

I know I should have called the police or just minded my own business. Hindsight is 20/20 and the lesson has been firmly learned. And yeah, "over-exaggerated" is the wrong wording, my apologies. I guess in my head I have context for my actions, but the Admin saw a rule violation and acted upon it accordingly. Can't blame them for that. Been a huge influx of new players on the island lately due to sales so you guys are flat-out weeding out all the nonsense. I just want to say that I have no ill intentions and have greatly enjoyed this server and really did not mean any harm by it. I am only new to the island myself and I already sunk 35+ hours into Server 1 in a few days. I sold my friends on buying Arma 3 just to play on this server. I've made new friends on the island and helped out Stoneman with some lines for a new Altis life project he's working on. I'm hooked tbh. Not trying to blow smoke up your asses, but this genuinely is the best RP server. And if you guys are willing to accept my apology and sincere promise to not violate "(6.1.4) You must not lockpick or steal a vehicle from the green zone.", or any other bannable rules again for that matter. I would be very grateful as I would love to return to the island. It's been 3-4 days now and I am having withdrawals :3

So if you were to be unbanned what would you do ingame and what would you do to prevent rulesbreaks in the future.

If I was unbanned I would return to life as normal in the server, picking peaches and socializing in rp character around Kavala with other players. I would abide by the rules like I always have besides that incident, and in future if I see a vehicle obstructing the road in the greenzone, I will mind my own business or contact some nearby officers. Same goes for anything else, if the police can handle an issue, I will notify them rather than take the law into my own hands.

Righto, Never take it upon yourself to remove a vehicle from a greenzone because in your eyes its blocking the road / disrupting RP. Call the police and if it is causing that big of an issue contact an admin VIA The ingame  message system / TS. Even if you did move it with good intentions, Never break a rule yourself.
