I was banned for Fail/Poor RP, I had officers chasing me as I went to the castle. As I was leaving the castle officers then told me to stop the vehicle, as I got out of the car I was shot in the leg, this was a misfire, but at the time I had already initiated on the officers, so in the heat of the moment when I was shot, I pulled out my gun and killed the officer who shot me. (TikTak can confirm the initiation from earlier) This was believed to be poor RP from the me as the officer did not receive quality RP before I killed him. Why should we unban you ?
I believe I should be unbanned as to the fact that this report was not dealt with very well, there was no asking of a longer 3 minute video to show the entire incident. I had in fact initiated on the officers beforehand, this would have been enough for the officer to know his life was at risk. I tried to resolve this incident but the officer at hand did not want to resolve it, I always try and resolve things before I take it further and not to be given this opportunity was pretty unfair. A simple explanation of what had happened and why I killed him would have been suitable and maybe this would have been understood by the officer. I have been a member of this community for around 7 months so I have a good understanding of the rules, I believe that what I committed was not RDM as I had given an initiation before the officers approached me. By the video given it does look like poor RP, but given that a bullet was shot at me, my first reaction was to fight back, I was uncertain that it was a misfire and I was shouting myself at the officer and found it hard to hear him, just as a normal reaction I shot him back. I have spoken to a few different staff members and they believe that there was mistakes on both parts and that this situation could have easily been resolved in the liaison room.
